Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Danville

This was our 3rd time renting this house and if we're back in Greensboro, we will absolutely rent with Karen & Rob again! They are amazing hosts, very accommodating and so quick to reply. The house is spotless and the kitchen is fully stocked. We enjoyed being able to relax before a full, busy weekend of ninja at the Greensboro Arena. I highly recommend this place and Karen & Rob as hosts.

Scott's place was so wonderful! It's even better than the photos and the location on the lake is wonderful. Quiet neighbors during the week. All the beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen is well stocked and organized. We would book again in a heartbeat!

This was such a special trip for our family and this house was perfect for the occasion. We felt right at home and the host was so friendly. We can’t wait to come back while looking for home in Summerfield!

Great stay right outside of downtown Graham. Quick 10 minute walk to downtown area with restaurants, bars, coffee, and a fun soda shop! The house was beautiful and very spacious. Hot tub was clean and private. Will definitely stay again!

The place is exactly as described. Hosts are very good communicators, nearby and responsive. The house is clean and comfortable. The house has two upstairs bedrooms with two singles in each and 3 downstairs bedrooms (2 queens or doubles and a small room with a comfortable single bed and a crib -crib not used on our trip) on the main floor. Could easily handle 5 guys for track days at VIR with separate bedrooms. Enjoyed our stay. Upfront info provide about lack of Internet and the need to use a personal Hotspot and well water that is plentiful, hot and cold, but you may prefer to bring bottled water for consumption. Two coffee makers provided, a Mr Coffee type and a Kuerig along with some coffee.

This is a cute house on the lake in a quiet neighborhood. At night the stars are amazing. Enjoyed sitting on the porch and listening to the sounds of nature. The home was well equipped for our needs. Home was comfortable. The bed was a little hard to get out of with the wooden platform so may be difficult for some. Not really an issue and it makes up for in comfort. Had the best night sleep. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Great place to stay. We enjoyed having the lake sports equipment and all the life vests. Lots of extras so you never went without—toys, games, coffee, spices, oil, condiments, etc. our kids were busy all weekend ranging in age from 2-13.

Kelly’s place was the perfect spot for our needs. Her communication and accommodating presence allowed us to feel really comfortable in the space. The location was gorgeous and we really enjoyed walking out back on the trails. Thanks for hosting!

I am extremely satisfied from the host. Very helpful and well communicated. I would definitely stay in Lucky’s places next time and I recommend everyone to do so.

I would book with them again. I love the location of the house. It’s near absolutely beautiful parks and I love the small town feel it’s peaceful. I couldn’t ask for anything better. This is a simple but great space in a lovely neighborhood! Maureen was always incredibly responsive and helpful, and the 11am check in time gave us a lot of flexibility. The backyard is large and peaceful, with pretty flowers and lighted areas that were nice for sitting out and relaxing in the evening. I would definitely recommend this apartment, especially for a couple or a student looking for a long-term rental.

Host was friendly and answered back very quickly when I had a question. Place was just what it looked like. Perfect for 1-2 people 3-4 if you use the futon fold out. Despite being in a busy city it was pretty quiet. The bed was much more comfortable than I expected. I had a hip replacement a couple of years ago and I was prepared to wake up kind of stiff and in pain like I do when I sleep in other places but I woke up with no extra pain. I was very pleased with the apartment. I had a nice little getaway and a great price.

Our stay was more than we expected. Lisa and Ginny were such accommodating hosts. We felt like family! We will definitely be booking again when we’re in town visiting our children.

The cottage was cozy, neat and exactly what my husband and I needed for a weekend getaway! The space is perfectly sized for a single traveler or a couple. We had a small issue with the hot tub and Scott got back to us and solved it quickly, which we really appreciated! Overall, was so peaceful, and we would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed at the lake house while in town for my daughter’s wedding a few miles away. We have already talked about wanting to come back and enjoy the lake more than we were able to. The house was very clean and in a peaceful, private location. I would highly recommend.

My mom and I had a great getaway weekend here escaping the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the cabin itself is very cute and full of fun surprises. Everything was very clean with the exception of the outdoor furniture but it just needed some quick wiping. We also wished there was oil in the torches outside so we could have used them. We spent a lot of time wondering about the history of the cabin - a history book would be great to have for guests to read! Thanks for letting us stay in your adorable cabin - we had an extremely relaxing time.

I stayed at this cabin while my home was undergoing renovations and chose it over a hotel because of its charm and unique character. Built in 1812, the cabin has a historic feel with rustic details that make it one of a kind. Even in the summer heat, the air conditioning worked surprisingly well and kept the space comfortable throughout my stay. The cozy loft bedroom, clawfoot tub, and original wood staircase really added to the experience. There’s also a wood-burning fireplace, which I didn’t use because of the warm weather, but it adds to the charm. The host was incredibly friendly and gave me a personal tour when I arrived, which made me feel right at home. At night, the stars were absolutely stunning without any city lights—just a quiet, peaceful setting surrounded by trails, pastures, and a lake. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay.

Our group has stayed at this property twice and will likely do so again. Very clean, private, and well-appointed. Chris has been very responsive when needed and we look forward to our next visit.

My husband and I had a great time again staying here! We absolutely loved the convenience of being lake front. The porch was also so delightful to sit and watch afternoon thunderstorms! We would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a quiet, private summer getaway.

We are repeat customers which says it all! We love the lodge and will be back next year for our VIR event. Great place for larger groups and reasonable distance from the track.

Great cabin with modern bathroom and kitchen addition. The cabin has lots of rustic charm which is what we were looking for. If you're looking for a quite location to hang out on the porch, this could be the place as it is out in the country but only 15-minutes from town for groceries and dining. If you're not a fan of stairs, both beds are up some steep steps and there is no wall separation between the beds. The upstairs loft if open with plenty of cubbies and places to put closes. The bathroom and shower is quite spacious with 2 sinks and plenty of counterspace. The walk-in shower has plenty of hot water and a great view of a pasture and woods. Overall, very please with the stay.
