We had an incredible stay at this amazing Lakehouse! The property is packed with amenities—perfect for relaxing and fun-filled days. We enjoyed peaceful fishing, lounging on the hammocks, and playing outdoor games with family and friends. The home was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable family or friends getaway. The owner was also very prompt, friendly, and helpful, making the experience even better. We can't wait to return!

Place was very nice, clean and in a very beautiful location. Kelvin was very responsive to our needs and was quick to help us resolve a minor issue. I would highly recommend this as a family oriented place to stay!

As described the house was private and peaceful with plenty to do without leaving and spending a ton of money! I could see myself vacationing often with my whole family, because although there were only two of us it had plenty of space to share in future bookings. I vlogged the whole experience and got several requests to send the link so friends and family could book in the future. Hosts made it easy to feel comfortable and stress free! 10/10 experience for sure.

We had such a relaxing and memorable stay at the FH Lakehouse Retreat! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to cozy blankets for lakefront evenings. The view of the lake was absolutely stunning, and our mornings on the patio with coffee were a dream. The hosts were incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making check-in seamless and our entire stay stress-free. We can’t wait to come back for another getaway. Highly recommend!

The place was nice and clean. Loved the master bath! Singamma was very accommodating and responsive.

Kim’s lake house is modern, clean and spacious. The kids and adults enjoyed our stay. There are two living areas so there is plenty of space to spread out! Kim was a very responsive host and was so thoughtful with accommodating our large group. Our favorite part of the home was the view of the lake. We loved being able to enjoy the lake at our own leisure. The yard was freshly mowed and well-kept. No ant mounds for us to worry about! Lake Lavon is beautiful and it was not crowded at all! We were able to kayak and paddle boat our way around to see the coves around the lake. We’d recommend this home to anyone visiting Farmersville!

The house was very nice. It was even in the same development as our daughter’s. It was nice having a washer & dryer & a garage to park our car in! All the necessities were convenient. The house was spacious. Great to have access to the pool & exercise equipment!

Charming place with thoughtful touches throughout. We really enjoyed our stay! Not as kid friendly if you have infant or toddlers mobile, given the 3 levels of stairs, but pack and play and stair guardrail was provided by the host so helpful.

Gloria's place was perfect for our two young kids and dog. We appreciated the multiple sleeping options for the kids and the fenced backyard for our dog. The house was squeaky clean and included everything we needed. Highly recommend!

This home was hands down our most favorite house we’ve stayed in! The house was immaculately clean - we felt so comfortable staying in it. The linens were fresh and kitchen appliances were super clean. My kids enjoyed the backyard and it was so relaxing to enjoy the beautiful green trees surrounding the home, definitely felt so peaceful! The location was amazing, there is a huge park within walking distance that has different playgrounds and walking trails. And there are many restaurants very close by. The area was very safe which was super important to us. Owners were super kind and responsive to my questions. Definitely highly recommend staying here if you are in this area, you won’t regret it!

This stay was everything I hoped for and more. The space looked exactly like the photos! super cozy, impeccably clean (seriously, top-tier cleanliness), and had such a calm, serene energy that made it easy to unwind. Sarah was an absolute gem; friendly, responsive, and so easy to communicate with. And that view? The perfect cherry on top. I’d definitely stay here again without hesitation!

I normally don’t take the time to leave a review but my family and I felt this stay was for sure very memorable and it had a lot to do with where we stayed. We flew into Dallas to bring Thanksgiving to our oldest who recently joined the military. From the time of check in we felt such earth in this house. The host had remember the purpose of our trip and left my son and husband a thank you note for their service and wish us a happy Thanksgiving. They were very responsive when any questions came up. We were able to cook a really nice meal since the kitchen had all we needed to cook. I love the view of the back porch and lake as I made homemade meals for the family. I love the fireplace for the colder mornings and afternoons. The backyard was fenced so you had privacy. The bathrooms were stocked with brand name toiletries and plenty of towels. The beds were very comfy. All together, we had an amazing time and hope to be back to this property and highly recommend it for anyone traveling

Linda’s place was just perfect for our needs. It was so comfortable and everything was easy. I never had to contact her because all information was clearly laid out and the house was well stocked. Definitely plan on staying here again!

Keith’s place was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and spacious enough to accommodate our group with ease. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet and friendly neighborhood that made us feel right at home. Although communication with Keith wasn’t as responsive as expected, we didn’t require much assistance during our stay. The only issue we encountered was with horse flies, but considering the outdoorsy nature of the area, it wasn’t entirely unexpected. Overall, we had a great stay and would consider booking again!

We were visiting friends in the area and we're bringing our dog along. This location allowed pets. The place was super clean and located in a quiet neighborhood with Target less than a mile down the road. Bret and his team responded quickly. The only tricky issue was the alarm and electronic lock but that all stemmed from user error. I will easily booking this place again if we come back to the area. Cheers.

In town for a baseball tournament. Decided to use the trip as a mini family getaway too. The house was perfect for the family. Plenty to do at the house. Kept the family, including 2 teenage boys, entertained. The amenities were very thoughtful, from binoculars for nature watching to installed light dimmers throughout. I don't know if we'll ever be back in the area, but we would definitely stay here again!

The stay was amazing, Sreenivasa was always attentive and the house, lake and neighborhood are really beautiful. We will definitely visit again!

I liked a large communal living room space, we all could be comfortably together. Good layout of all bedrooms having a privacy and quiet for napping during the daytime. Having upstairs covered balcony to look at lake was especially nice. House is in quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was well equipped with all what we needed to cook our meals in the house. Hosts were very welcoming.

Enjoyed staying here for our son’s wedding in Little Elm.

Ace is most friendly host i have stayed with on Airbnb. Always going out of way to get things done and even delivered Amazon for us and crib for baby. Great Location and Beautiful evening walks.
