Hi ! The flat is suitable for up to 4 people or a small family with 1-2 kids. We renovated the flat completely in 2019. You will have access to a nice terrace and as we are placed at the edge of Kempten there are plenty options to do sports in nature or relax in walks. The bus line stops directly vis-à-vis our house and shopping possibilities are right around the corner. For insider tips in the area just ask! We use a camera at the entrance area for surveillance. Traumhafte und ruhige Ferienwohnung in Bayern

Unsere Neubauwohnung befindet sich ebenerdig im UG. Sie ist mit 54 m² voll ausgestattet. Es befinden sich in der Wohnung ein Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer ein schönes Ess,- Wohnzimmer mit einem ausziehbaren Schlafsofa. Die großzügige Terrasse mit Lounge und Sitzbereich kann ebenfalls genutzt werden inkl. großem Garten mit Klettergerüst für die Kinder. Es gibt in unserer Gegend viele Sehenswürdigkeiten z.B. Legoland, Steiff Museum. Die Wohnung ist als Monteurs,- Arbeiterwohnung nicht geeignet.

Enjoy your vacation in this paradise in the suburb of Munich and u will have an unforgettable trip! The apartment is only 35 minutes drive to the Munich airport and 15 minutes drive the new exhibition centre- Messe. To the s bahn station line 4 and 6 only 10 minutes walk and you can find there all the cafes, supermarket, and so on. With the S bahn 25 minutes u are in the city center. Parking is free on the public street. The apartment is specially kids-friendly- a playground at the backyard.

Familienfreundliche Unterkunft direkt am wunderschönen Ammersee (ca. 50m entfernt vom Badesteg). Die Wohnung ist ca. 120m² groß und optimal auch für eine größere Familie geeignet. Auf Anfrage besteht die Möglichkeit eine zweite Wohnung im selben Haus zu mieten, so dass eine weitere Familie untergebracht werden kann. Herrsching ist verkehrstechnisch optimal an den Großraum München angebunden, die S-Bahn S8 ist ca. 300m entfernt und fährt direkt ins Zentrum bzw. bis zum Flughafen.
