The living room has a smart TV with Sky HD. We have Wi-Fi, parking, a washing machine, balcony, barbecue area, shower and sea view. We are a condominium of only three independent and unassailable houses surrounded by lots of vegetation and a wonderful ocean view. Come and enjoy the leisure area with a swimming pool and garden, private barbecues and lots of peace and quiet. Your pet is welcome and will have a private, fenced garden.

We have air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, a kitchen equipped with utensils, a minibar and a cooktop. We are 300 meters from the beach of Ilha das Cabras. We do not allow loud noise or barbecues. Check-in is from 5 p.m. and check-out is until 1 p.m., and may be adjustable, subject to availability. We have stairs to climb.

An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing. The place has a delicious energy to rest and contemplate the stunning view of the sea and Ilhabela, which is in front of us. It's a unique paradise! Namaste We accept 1 pet per stay (up to 20 kg).
