Sensational, what a wonderful place, apartment with everything we need, including a washing machine, Vanessa was very attentive, gave us several tips on places to go. Not to mention the condominium, what a pool!!! I will return more times without a doubt!

The apartment is perfect! The location could not be better. Extremely clean, well-equipped, excellent bed and bath linens and kitchen with all the necessary utensils. The beds are very comfortable, air conditioning cooling well and the gas shower is a delight. Marcos is an excellent host. We hope to return soon.

The Apartment is very cozy super structured, the view of the pool and the deck is amazing. Well located next to the city centre as well as excellent beaches nearby to enjoy. Paulo provided information and great entertainment tips. It was very worth it, they were wonderful days, the next opportunity I will come back :)

Everything is beautiful! The apartment is just like the photos. The complex and location are divine. Just keep in mind that the complex is located on the hill, so everything is steep and the distances are more complicated to walk than what the complex appears.

It was perfect, it exceeded expectations. I traveled with my family, I have a 5-month-old baby, and the condominium welcomed us very well, met all our needs. We didn't even go to the beach, to enjoy the leisure of the condominium. We had a barbecue, we went to the gym, it was amazing. Regarding the apartment, it is large and very airy, there are not many insects (it was a concern of mine because we know there are many animals on the north coast), but I didn't even have to put repellent on my baby. The only thing that was missing were adjustments to the bathroom outlets, as it is the only place that has a mirror, and I couldn't dry my hair or use a flat iron because the outlets are a little loose. Wladimir is a great host, responds very quickly and solves problems quickly. I intend to return!

Amazing house, it even looks like a guesthouse because of the privacy and quality of the suites. We were greeted by Denise, who in addition to giving us all the support, was also our cook for two days (highly recommended). The house has everything, very complete, with large rooms, all well equipped as well. Full kitchen, two refrigerators, pots and pans, in short, everything designed to provide comfort and safety during the guests' stay. There is room to park 6 cars in front of the house. The house is practically in front of the beach, in a very good location on Pequea beach, very quiet. There's everything nearby, too. We loved it and it was perfect for our stay. Patrick is also a very kind and quiet person, always responsive and with clear instructions. They were very nice people with regard to check-in and check-out times and recommended Denise's services, lol Thank you so much

Leila always very helpful and kind, served us super well. Very cool house, met the statistics. For those looking for tranquility, this beach meets perfectly, calm sea, and quiet beach. City Centre very cool, but it's not very close.

The condominium is well located, about 5 min by car from the centrinho de maresias and close to many beautiful beaches, it is organized and beautiful , gentle employees, from the house to the beach of about 15 min walking, but you can leave the car at the entrance of the condominium which shortens the way to about 7 min, the nearby beach is beautiful but the sea is quite agitated, has few stalls and little structure , there are other beaches around with more options . The house is well equipped, we do not miss anything, there is air conditioning in the environments and fans which helps a lot with the humidity , the region is of forest , and a lot of moisture causes the smell of mold, which for me is always a problem , I did not think that there were many insects, the house is screened in most windows. The owner was kind , flexible with the schedules and quickly answered all questions.

The place is really beautiful as in the pictures, the view from the balcony is beautiful. The communication was very easy, and Riccardo was very dear and I request.

My stay was amazing, the house is in an excellent location and is safe and spacious. The house has everything you need, we cooked, baked, bread and desserts! It has a good barbecue space. Solange is very attentive and gave us tips on ferries and tours we took to Bonete, we will definitely be back.

Excellent place, all photos match the description!!! Quiet and private place, the house is a little gem full of details that exude good energy. Frederica is a sweetheart, she always responded very quickly, and was present every time it was necessary. The beach is indescribable, crystal clear water, white sand and incredible peace, there is no infrastructure so you have to take everything you need, but I like the tranquility so I found it perfect!
