We would like to thank Eduardo, for all his kindness, he explained everything well, gave tips on restaurants, beaches, tours. The location is sensational, close to exactly EVERYTHING, there are banks, restaurants, a market, a bus stop, everything. My husband and I felt safe in the cottage, we walked at night and the security was impressive to see. There is an app like Uber on the island, and if you go by bus like we do, you can get to the beaches you want to visit, or you can use the island's public transportation as well. The house is very clean, it has all the necessary utensils for cooking, the room is comfortable and has Netflix logged in on the TV, which makes all the difference at bedtime, to watch something nice. I highly recommend this accommodation and for sure when we return to the island, we will stay at the Tiê chalet. The sunset on Perequê beach is sensational, it's close to the accommodation, be sure to see it.

Excellent location, easy access to the wedding venues around, a good place to spend a stay. The only observation is the noise of air machines that seems to come from the market next door. Other than that, Would come back again

The room was super clean and tidy. Guilherme gave us clear instructions so that we could find the place easily, sent a video of how to get there, and responds quickly. Manuela and her husband are excellent people. Manuela has been extremely friendly since our first contact to answer some questions. The apartment is excellent, we stayed in the upper part, 02 bedrooms/kitchen/living room and bathroom. Super comfortable, safe, clean and with essential utensils to make a good meal. The place is 1 block from the beach, great for swimming, with beach huts. Manuela and her husband gave us super important tips to enjoy the city. You know that place that makes you want to go back? That's what it's like to stay at this top-notch place. We look forward to coming back soon!!!

I booked for an aunt and cousin who were traveling around Brazil! They liked it a lot and were able to enjoy São Sebastião, Victor was super attentive to them and gave them all the support they needed to get around and feel comfortable!!

Wonderful! The place is close to everything, the center of São Sebastião, the ferry to Ilha Bela and the beaches of São Sebastião are super accessible within a 30-minute radius. The apartment needs no comment, pleasant, clean, very well organized. Flávio is a fantastic host! Caring, available and very helpful, he informed me and gave tips from the beginning to the end of our stay, recommended places for food, visits, in short… sensational. And for me, the icing on the cake: I have a small child and Flávio does too, before my arrival he made available on his own two boxes of toys in the apartment in which my son had a blast during the stay, fantastic, right?! Beautiful apartment, clean, everything as described. Not to mention the view we had, wonderful! The place is private, but we went right into the sea, to the shore, quietly. Priscila is always prompt, she treated us very well!

A great stay, perfectly corresponds to the announcement, to do everything on foot, we did it by car due to the transport of the small child who was with us, but nothing takes more than 5 min by car, we will certainly return more times

We spent wonderful days! despite being carnival, the condominium was quiet and the house very comfortable. Ideal size for our family, of 4 people. We were very well served by the hostess, who is very kind and polite. We'll be back one day!
