My place in Maresias

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. New House (work completed on 11/2022). Dead-end, safe street. + Pet Place. There is a water filter in the house. I, the owner, reside in the house next door. It's not on the same plot of land, nor is it a condominium. As of March, I can also rent monthly if anyone is interested.

Anita received us super well. The whole time proved available and great recommendations. The Environment is clean, with air conditioning and with a good view. The village has all the necessary equipment if you want to eat on site, but it is also close to restaurants.

The place clean, spacious, very helpful host, there was no sheet and she went to get it promptly, the point to be improved is the parking lot that sits a vehicle in front of the other, so stay tuned, it didn't bother me because my car got in front. I would easily stay again

The space is great and as described in the listing and photos. The view is magnificent, waking up and seeing that sea is sensational. To sleep a peace without equal is the best, it was to wake up with the birds singing. The location is excellent for those who want to be close to Curral beach. We walked and didn't have to spend money on parking and traffic. The kitchen was super-equipped, we found everything we needed. New refrigerators and stove. We had a little setback with the bathroom pipe and Ofélia was super nice and solved it right away. Always very attentive and gave us good recommendations about the island. Just a note for those who don't like cats or have allergies, their presence is almost 100%. But it didn't bother us, it's just an observation.

Much better than the photos!! Super spacious house, very good taste decor, new furniture, super nice condominium, clean pool!! Super recommend!! Very attentive, helpful, responds quickly, and still always with a affection to more than one simple tenant!! We'll be back for sure!!
