Just wanted to say that Erika's place [hay barn we stayed in] was brilliant, couldn't have asked for more from our weekend break walking in the area. The hay barn was spotless with everything you needed and could have wanted. Erika was brilliant and knew about the local area, especially for walking on the the local fells. One of our best air BnB stays, just great! Highly recommended!

Fantastic gem of a place in temple sowerby. furnished and decorated beautifully, super comfy bed. Great facilities including gorgeous log burner and great kitchen facilities. Fantastic and friendly hosts who provided detailed instructions for directions/ check in and also took the time to send local recommendations upon my request. Will definitely be returning in future many thanks!

Our stay at Julie’s was absolutely lovely; the attention to detail was second to none, every room was spotless and looked fresh and new. The decor was very inviting and tasteful and the view out of the bedroom window was beautiful. The location was perfect- very peaceful and green. And of course Julie was ever so welcoming and kind and quick to answer any queries.

Great little place to stay for a few days. Just far enough out to be peaceful, while still only a few minutes drive from Penrith. Well furnished, with pretty much everything you could need in a cosy space.
