Ramazan was very welcoming, helpful, friendly apartment host! It was very nice to communicate with Ramazan. This is a home - an apartment, but it feels like you live in a house. The apartment is very large, spacious, bright, cozy. Our children did not want to leave this house, they very much liked it there. There is a dishwasher. This apartment is suitable for those who like to live near nature, away from the hustle of the city. A family of Cabans lives with a house. They are peace-loving and afraid of people. There is a charming beach in 15 minutes, with good restaurants. In the evening, especially romantic setting on the beach.

We were comfortable as if we were in our own home, and she quickly provided the hosts when we needed something. Everything was very nice, the air conditioning in the room we stayed was leaking water, I think the room is an instant problem, if it is fixed, there will be no other problem. Thank you.

Very clean, beautiful, we liked everything). The apartment has everything you need (household appliances, powders, TV, warm water, etc.), the host was always in touch. The location is normal for us, high, our driver easily checked in, but be ready for a steep climb. The views are amazing, often sat on the balcony, admired. Thank you )

During our stay, my family and I felt at home. From the moment we first entered the house, everything was impeccable and very clean. Everything we may need during the stay has been thought out by Ms. Aliya and a comfortable living area has been created. We were happy to spend nearly 2 weeks in İsmetcan’s apartment which brings back the true spirit of airbnb – feeling at home surrounded by care and family warmth. And the sweetest cats too)) The apartment is spacious, cozy, and well equipped. Perfectly working appliances, high-quality windows, air conditioner in every room, plenty of textiles, dishes, cleaning supplies, and even bottles of water for the cooler. There’s also a barbecue set by the stairs, ready for grilling fresh fish or kebabs. And the views deserve a special mention! Mountains from the master bedroom, the sea from two other rooms and the balcony, and sunsets from the kitchen. Heartfelt thanks to İsmetcan and his father (who treated us to fresh homemade eggs) for creating such a caring and cozy experience. It truly feels like the perfect spot for enjoying the charming energy of Kaş. Cant wait to return!

Very nice apartment with an amazing view. There is everything needed for long stays. High-quality furniture and appliances. Nice location, close to Kash. It is very easy to get everywhere by car. We lived for a month and had time to travel all the nearest beaches, bays and observation decks. This is one of the most beautiful places, and morning coffee overlooking the sea and the islands makes it simply magnificent) The hostess was always in touch and quickly responded to our questions and requests. Aynur, thank you for your hospitality.

When we go to Kaş again, we will choose Ms. Canan's house again with peace of mind without looking for another stay. Everything is thought out in great detail, the view of the house is perfect in the morning and separately in the evening. We provided transportation everywhere by walking to the center of Kaş, very easily. Ms. Canan was really nice and caring, thank you again for everything from here 🩷🌸

The little farm is extremely well cared for, Yücel is very helpful and the view is magnificent. We like to come back

Mr. Sedat was a very good host. The house was much more beautiful than the photos. Everything was perfect. The house has everything you're looking for. It's the only address we'll come back to when we get back on track.

Beautiful villa, we loved the views. It has everything you need, and feels private even though there are villas around you. Feray was a great host and responded to any questions realluly quickly. We'd definitely book to come again! Kalkan is a wonderful place.

It was a perfect vacation and we stayed with my wife and friends. Everything was perfect for us with the sea view , pool and equipment in the house. We'll be back for summer.

I was delighted with Ahmet's condo living space; it was very comfortable, well-equipped, very safe and quiet with multiple outdoor sitting areas and a beautiful pool surrounded by plants. Ahmet was very responsive to every question I had and he generously provided me with excellent suggestions about historic sites to visit, how to get there and even to help me find accomodation. He arranged my ground transportation from Dalaman Airport to Kalkan. I liked very much the neighbourhood of my condo allowing me to walk into the village daily to have exercise and explore the town. This walk takes about 20 minutes down to the harbour area and is quite steep--totally walkable but one needs to be reasonably fit. I would definitely return to Ahmet's condo and to Kalkan. Thank you so much!

Loved our stay at Yakup’s 1 bedroom apartment! It was as described with views from its terrace of Kalkan bay. It had all the necessary facilities: kitchen had a filtered water tap so that saved on having to haul heavy water bottles back. Really comfy bed too. Visiting Sept/ Oct, the resort on where Yakup’s place is was really quiet, no problem getting sunbeds, whether it was around one of the 2 outdoor pools that were open or along the ledges directly leading to the sea. Great we could use the resort facilities for free and there was a discount for food/drink. The shuttle bus was useful if we’d have struggled with the steps up and down from the pools to the apartment, there were many which we climbed daily, That is Kalkan though! Supermarket on site if needed and, as the apartment is at the top end of the resort it made walking into Kalkan town really easy, along the old road, with amazing views too. Yakup was very communicative, great host. We’ll definitely be back!

Wow what an incredible place! Our first time visiting Kalkan as a family of 5! Our 3 children absolutely loved the villa, the pool and Kalkan. The villa is located out of the way up the mountain side, a 15 minute walk into the town down very steep hills, easy to get a can back up at any time. The villa…. Wow what can I say, absolutely spotless, easy access and loads and loads of space. Such a perfect place and such great hosts. The host was so easy to contact if I required anything which was so good to rely on. I highly recommend this Beautiful villa in one of the most perfect places to visit in the world. Thank you so much for having us, we will defiantly be back in the future. P.s we had the most perfect days on a boat trip (the Falcan). We spent 6 hours or so stopping at certain islands for a swim and the most perfect lunch, it was truly a great experience. 2 excellent restaurants we ate at, the Berahamas I think, excellent steak dinner and the Doy Doy restaurant.

The property was lovely for our family. We were traveling with children and they were very much welcomed by the hotel staff. The receptionist is was kind, funny and helpful. The location is great. We would stay here again.

Perfect location with great views! The apartment is immaculate and perfect for a family of 3-4. Infinity pool is great. Restaurants about 10mins down into town.
