Our host was caring and friendly to solve all the problems, we had no problems, but he would have solved it. The house and pool were smooth and clean. Everything written was available and more. Everything was intact and working. had internet wifi. they planted a garden next to the villa and it was nice to be able to get them as you want. there were fruit trees. air conditioning works two smoothly. You find what you are looking for 5 minutes away from the grocery store. 19 km to Kaş center Although there were greenhouses around, there were almost no mosquitoes. We stayed 5 days and we were very satisfied.

Beautiful villa, we loved the views. It has everything you need, and feels private even though there are villas around you. Feray was a great host and responded to any questions realluly quickly. We'd definitely book to come again! Kalkan is a wonderful place.

The house was clean and tidy. The host provided an immediate response in case of need. As a neighborhood, it was calm and quiet , surrounded by nature.

Everything was thought out. The kitchen supplies and all the items in the house were sufficient. There was even a cake mold and a mixer. The hosts don't care about everything for your comfort. The house garden and the pool, which are meticulous about privacy, are not visible from the outside. The pool and house were spotless. There was no internet and electricity problem. We had an excellent stay in Villa Mar. Amazing view, pool and very big rooms. It‘s also just a couple of minutes drive from the centre of Kas, but in a calm location, so perfect to relax. Also the host is really supportive and responsive.

We were warmly welcomed by Seher in front of the house. A very nice, loving hostess. We entered the apartment with enthusiasm. Cleanliness and care were very good. There is everything you need. The view from the terrace was the most beautiful. The view from above of Kalkan and the sea was magical. We were spoiled with treats by Seher and her adorable daughter. A really successful stay, we recommend it.

We booked this place for a few days in our last minute holiday planning and was very happy of the place, there was all we wanted and needed, even much better than expected! You need a car to get there and visit the places around it but you get a relaxing countryside environment as a bonus when you rest there. We stayed in the upper apartment with a nice view and a comfortable large terrace. There is also a small terrace at the back. The house easily accommodates 4 persons as there are 2 separate rooms and two bathrooms. Everything is new and all furniture, materials and appliances are high quality and in good working condition. There is a dishwasher, electric tea kettle, turkish teapot, coffee kettle, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, ironing machine and ironing board, television, motorized blinds and 3 air conditioners. The garden is spacious with tables and sheds to relax in the daytime and evening, you also have the opportunity to barbecue there. It is a safe space for kids to play.

First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Filiz for her wonderful hospitality. We stayed in a villa with everything from A to Z. It was clean, peaceful and fun. There are plenty of tools in the kitchen. They have extras other than what they should be.(Spices-sugar-salt-turkish coffee) You will not want to leave this environment and go down to the city center, but if you still want to go, it is 10 minutes to Kalkan center. If I were to go back next week, I would still prefer the same place, I could never get enough. In addition, Ms. Filiz provides flexibility according to availability at the check-in time. Wonderful stay! My wife and I had an amazing stay! The views from the house towards the mountain were breathtaking, and the pool and villa were truly wonderful. It was extra nice to enjoy the sun all day without any shade and to get to see the beautiful sunset. We also want to thank our hosts who were incredibly friendly and helpful. They really went out of their way to accommodate our requests. We are looking forward to visit this home again in the future. Thank you for a memorable stay!

We were very satisfied with our 5-day family vacation. The house was above our expectations in every way. We did not need any shopping except for food and drink. Everything we were looking for was available at home. The host, Ms. İlknur, was also very helpful and caring. We were a large group and the solution with the 4 accommodations was perfect. The houses are very comfortable: double bathrooms, air conditioning in three rooms, excellent cleanliness and well-stocked kitchen. For us, the washing machine was very useful on our traveling trip! The pool was a real treat for adults and children. Absolutely recommended place away from the chaos of Kas!

Mr. Osman is a very good host, he did his best to solve a few small problems and fix the gaps. She's very understanding and solution-oriented. The house is in the center of the village and very close to everything, a very useful house in terms of design. The house had everything we needed, we did not feel any shortcomings. The house is in a cute village very high. The pool was covered and the environment was nice. Despite the heat of the last week of July, it was extremely cool. If you like the greenery in the mountains, I would definitely recommend it. Since I love watching the sunrise and sunset for me, I couldn't watch the sunrise because of the mountains, but other than that, it's a very spacious stay

Great location, very useful, very nice house, very good amenities both in style and comfort. Absolutely the hosts are amazing people. Mr. Cuneyt's mother greeted us and he was very kind to think about our children and offered us a cake. We went with our dog and did not have any complaints or discomfort about it. It definitely feels like home. It was a time with rain, but we can say that we did not have any problems with the temperature. The air conditioners were working, it's nice. The balcony was very pleasant, the beds are comfortable, absolutely pet-friendly and child-friendly, and I will definitely recommend them to everyone. Thanks for everything.

Merve’s place had everything we needed - 6 full equipped rooms with bathrooms, bbq area, pool - all very nice and quiet, and the property feels very new. We enjoyed our time very much, and Merve was very good with communication. Sea views from all the rooms are stunning!! There’s also a nice hiking trail nearby (walking distance), which goes through the ruins of Ancient Greek town, all the way down to the beach. It is a little challenging, but definitely would recommend it for everyone!! The views are insane and we managed to complete it with young kids and older adults.
