Shirley is a lovely and gentle lady. I came to London to settle down and have been staying here for about a month while looking for my next rental. I feel at home with her, especially when we watch TV during dinner time. Haha.

Casa da Mônica is a beauty, in a traditional neighborhood, away from the agitation. a very cozy and calm environment, perfect for rest. The bed is very comfortable, toiletries available and an accessible kitchen. Besides, Monica is very friendly, and Charlie is a cute one. My experience was great

Was a great stay and great location to gatwick. Richard and his wife was so welcoming, room is lovely, very clean. House is amazing with log fire and all the old beams. The views are amazing, would never know so close to gatwick. Had a lovely meal in the pub, which was 5 minute walk. poppadoms and dips were best ive ever had. Richard was very kind to take us to airport and pick us up for very small fee. Let us leave our car for again a small fee. Will def be back and highely recommend people to stay. Our 1st time using airbnb and wont be our last.

Great place! Clean home and Anamaria was very hospitable. The neighborhood is really nice and diverse. The Herne Hill transit station is a short walk away, taking you straight to Victoria where you can then transfer to other lines. Bus stops are in super close distance too. Loved the retail stores and restaurants in the area.

It's a lovely flat, the kids adored the mezzanine (their own little hideaway), and James is a charming and attentive host. He really made an effort to engage with the kids, which really helped them to feel very welcome. (They insist we have to stay there again next time we're in London!) Only slight niggle was a couple of issues with the plumbing in the (spotlessly clean) bathroom, but otherwise would wholeheartedly recommend.

This visit was a return stay at Harriet’s place. Harriet is a warm and hospitable host who gave me some great suggestions about cafes, theatre and art exhibitions. Her home is in a convenient part of London. The train and buses close by. The room is cosy, with loads of sunshine, a lovely outlook to the garden and importantly - a comfortable bed. I recommend Harriet’s place and I look forward to another visit.

Sonja was a delight. Attending the Stag theatre in Sevenoaks we needed somewhere close with breakfast. Sonja was charming , funny and very welcoming. The house was spotless and the bed very comfortable. A nice quiet area made for a good nights sleep. Breakfast was perfect and we would definitely return Kiitos Sonja

Super stay in comfortable spacious room. Leroy is a joy to chat with, he gave us lots of helpful suggestions: places to eat, visit and suggestions to get around. Definitely recommend!

Kirstine is a responsive and friendly host. Lots of personal touches and a welcoming home. Great place to stay.

Had a lovely stay at Colin's. The room is peaceful and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast is a real plus, and allowed me to practice my English with Colin! Finally, there are all kinds of small shops near the accommodation, which is very convenient. Recommended!

A very pleasant host and easy to talk to on a number of different subjects. Maria was well travelled and cultured.The house is a six or seven minute walk from Hendon Thames link which is very handy picking the train up at St Pancras.The Number 83 bus stops outside the station and connects with Hendon Central where shops, takeaways and Restaurants are located.There are good bus connections to Kingsbury and Wembley and in the other direction Edgware. The Northern line goes to a number places of interest including the vibrant Camden Town which I visited

Perfect location especially for first time visitors wanting to see the main tourist sites. Also. very easy access to many public transit options. Host was extremely helpful and kind.

Great place to stay with quick access to the tube/trains. Close to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. Jane is super friendly and a great host.

Juanita and Katherine were absolutely lovely. Couldn't have been kinder or more helpful, and we loved the dogs, too. Excellent restaurants in the neighborhood including a classic British Fish and Chips shop established in the 1800s, just a walk away. It's handy to the Picadilly Tube line, so Heathrow and Central London are equally accessible.

Simone and John both took excellent care of us. We had a lot of good conversations, especially about vegan food. Here, breakfast has to be highlighted as something very special: every day there were new, delicious variations of a vegan breakfast! We are very happy to have met these two nice people. We look forward to being able to enrich our own kitchen at home through the many new recipe ideas for a vegan diet.

Zane is exceptionally pleasant lady and I felt very comfortable during my stay at her house. Recommend :)

I stayed here for one night and was absolutely blown away by how stunning the place was! It was spotless, beautifully kept, and had everything I could possibly need—way better than any hotel I've stayed at, and at a fantastic price too. Communication with the host was excellent—super clear, responsive, and friendly. I couldn't recommend this place more. I’d definitely stay again!

Ana is lovely. She is chatty, friendly, easy-going, helpful and so accommodating. Ana has done an incredible job in decorating her house. The bedroom was spotless, clean, modern, comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was also spotless. The house is not far from Kensal Road Station and all local amenities.

Brilliant place to stay, really easy to find with added bonus of off road parking. Sue and Angela were great hosts and very welcoming. Excellent communication and after arriving earlier than planned Sue made herself available straight away to help sort us out which was really appreciated. Superb facilities with large bedroom and bathroom - all spotlessly clean. Breakfast was perfect for setting us up for the day. Spent two days in central London and found it very easy to walk to either Balham or Tooting Bec tube giving us speedy access to a variety of locations. Highly recommend staying here, Sue and Angela were very supportive not only with their local knowledge but also ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We very much hope to go back if available on our next trip to London.

A lovely, characterful home and an ideal base from which to explore Hartfield and Winnie-the-Pooh country. The bedroom was large and clean, with a huge and very comfortable bed. Val was a friendly and welcoming host. We would thoroughly recommend this place and we would be very happy to stay there again.

Hazel's house is beautiful. As soon as we arrived it felt like a second home. it was full of character and after a full day of London sightseeing, it was a delight to return to. Hazel and her family made us feel extremely welcome and Caspar the cat was a delight. The breakfast was delicious and the location was fab. Very highly recommended and it made our London holiday extra special.

As we drove through the double wooden gates, we were in awe by the grandeur of this delightful thatched home with its welcoming Xmas decorations outside and carefully selected decor in every nook. A delicious spread of food awaited us each morning, and we were privy to Chris’s famous orange marmalade. What surprised me was the attention to detail including olives/feta knowing my heritage. A true festive treat was having Xmas crackers on our last morning. Michele’s attention to detail was impeccable. She is such a gem. 💎 However all that aside, what will make our stay forever memorable was our lovely hosts Michele and Chris. We truly loved our conversations each morning. They both created such a lovely, welcoming atmosphere. We came in as guests but we have left as friends. We truly hope we come back again. If Airbnb gave awards to the best hosts, Michele and Chris would win hands down. 🏆
