Ann’s house was exactly what we were looking for and we had a wonderful stay and felt very much at home. Everything was easy to find and use and the house had all the amenities we needed for a family of 5. The neighborhood was lovely and we loved walking around.

South rectory is an amazing place to stay. It’s hidden behind gates and an impressive drive. It feels very grand and country estate but is really close to motorways and Brentwood.. We spent more than a month there waiting for a house sale and loved it.. The owners were very friendly and responsive and even let my dogs out for me each day which was soo helpful.. I would recommend and go back x

We had a fabulous week in this beautiful home. The house is perfect, we couldn’t have wished for better. The garden was like an oasis, so quiet, it was hard to believe we were in London. We would sit outside for a morning coffee before meeting our little granddaughter for the day, then recharge our batteries in the evening, with a beer in the garden. The garden is beautiful. We loved having coffee and brunch at flotsam and Jetsam at Dulwich Picture Gallery, about a thirty minute stroll from the rental. For us, the location was perfect, the house was perfect and we would definitely like to stay there again. Bonus points for the quality towels and parking on the property. Loved every minute of our stay.

Our stay was exceptionally great. The train station is close which made our movements easy. The place was very clean. There was easy access to food and groceries. Chioma was very helpful and accommodating. We were able to check in earlier than the scheduled time and leave just as easy. Overall the experience was great and I highly recommend.

We had a mini holiday here with our 3 year old grandson and the lodge was perfect for us. The location was peaceful and safe for a toddler but within easy reach of Guildford and the many things to do in Surrey. The lodge was easy to find and has a dedicated free parking space next to the front door. It was very clean and tidy and exactly as described. We appreciated the easy flexible access so that we could get straight in when we arrived. The owner was extremely helpful giving us useful information and answering questions before our stay. I would certainly stay at the lodge again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

What a fantastic place to stay! The house is lovely and furnished to a high standard. The views are incredible, and its been great to watch deer, foxes, rabbits and horses in the field behind the house. Andrew is the perfect host, so welcoming and going out of his way to make our stay the best it can be. Always available if we needed him, but totally respecting our privacy. We would highly recommend both Deepwell and Andrew. We have had an amazing 4 months while our house was being renovated and we're going to miss the Deepwell gang!

Joseph is an amazingly responsive and gracious host—he permitted early check in, provided excellent local suggestions and always answered questions quickly and thoroughly. His place is incredible. The location is in a quiet area near the park and a school but only blocks from the buzz of Upper Street with its cafes, shops and restaurants. It is beautifully decorated in a chic but still comfy way—Wood flooring, warm colors, plants, books. It has elegant styling and very cool automated features with automated lights and blinds, etc. that are quite easy to use. Additional shades and shutters allowed us to darken sleeping areas reasonably well. The kitchen appliances are very modern and easy to use. Joseph is quite thoughtful and even left some nespresso pods (yay), dishwasher pods, laundry pods—thank you! The sofa bed was reasonably comfortable and the regular bed and pillows were excellent. Access to the garden is a wonderful perk. Excellent Airbnb—do not hesitate to book!

Ideal for families visiting London. The house was clean and comfortable. The nearby railway station has direct trains to London Victoria and London Bridge, which is very convenient. Communication with the host, Sofia, was smooth. Overall, I would highly recommend this airbnb.

Wow. Staying at Taylour House was like stepping back in time - in the best possible way. The house is steeped in history and beautifully preserved, full of character and charm. It felt like staying in a living museum, but with all the modern comforts thoughtfully in place. Caroline, the host, was absolutely wonderful - friendly, welcoming, and incredibly flexible, which made the whole experience relaxed and easy. The house was spotless, extremely well equipped, and exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Edenbridge, with a great pub directly opposite that serves top-notch Sunday roasts. A rare bonus was having off-street parking for two cars - a real luxury for a town centre property. Taylour House is a gem. Full of history, excellent value, and hosted with genuine warmth - we’d love to come back.

Our family of five (all adults) stayed for a week at Manuela’s place, and had a wonderful visit. Manuela made every effort to accommodate us, was very responsive to messages, and gave helpful info on nearby sites and restaurants. Taking the train into London’s city center was easy— just a short 8 minute walk to one of two stations, then 20 minutes or less to the city. We enjoyed four nearby restaurants recommended by Manuela and would return to any of them again—all terrific! We would absolutely stay here again.

The most lovely home for our 10 day stay. Had all we needed and more. Spacious for 5 adults. Location was perfect for exploring London or staying in. Beautful English garden and outdoor spaces to relax. Host is the best! Kitchen even stocked with delicious staples to make us at home right away. We already miss it, will dream of our stay and would return any time! Thank you Ramona!!

Easily a five star stay at Levin’s place in Dalston. Levin was responsive and kind and the place was exactly as photographed. A short walk to both Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland stations with lots to explore in the neighbourhood. The unit was clean and well equipped with lots of natural sunlight. Had a lovely and comfortable stay and would recommend Levin’s place.

Totally brilliant stay and Matthew is a super-helpful and generous host. Would 100 per cent recommend. My wife, myself and one of our daughters were down for the London Marathon - and Matthew’s place was just perfect for us. Very quiet street, slept brilliantly, lots of space in the house, lovely garden, well equipped kitchen and just a short walk down to the shops, bars and cafes at Crystal Palace triangle. We booked with Matthew at the last minute after our previous host cancelled - and we’re really grateful to him for coming to our rescue! Thank you Matthew!

We enjoyed 2 lovely nights in Leah’s fabulous flat. It’s a beautifully decorated and stylish space with plenty of room and a fabulous outdoor terrace which is always a bonus in London. Easily walkable from westbourne Park tube station even with bags and close to Notting Hill and Little Venice and shops close by for food / supplies. We had everything we needed and more and really appreciated the welcome tray with tea/ coffee/ snacks and freshly baked cookies. We particularly appreciated the host allowing us to check out a couple of hours later than usual and we certainly intend to book this lovely flat again. Would highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay! The place is beautifully designed. Very fancy, clean, and well-maintained. The location is great, close to everything we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was definitely a highlight - modern and well-equipped. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough positive things about Natalie’s Airbnb. From the lovely surroundings across from a sheep farm with brand new lambs running around to the lovely exterior and interior with a beautiful color scheme to the perfect cleanliness and every amenity you could possibly need. Natalie is the perfect hostess. We departed feeling like we had found new friends, Natalie and Simon. We have stayed at many Airbnbs over the years and The Meadows is definitely our favorite ❣️ Thank you again, Natalie and Simon, and we hope to see you in Oxted/Tandridge again in the future. xo

Great location close to Clapham Common. We did not use the wet room, but the bath was fine. The stairs to the top room are very narrow. Paul warned us about construction and left us a bottle of wine, which was nice. We were not too bothered by it. We contacted Paul about the microwave, which wasn't working, and he replaced it within 24 hours. Generally a good experience.

Me and my girls genuinely had a lot of fun, one of the rooms was smaller than I had thought but honestly as soon as we got settled it was perfect for us, the local people in the shops are super friendly and were very kind to us and once they were familiar with our face would go out their way to greet us, Maurice was a wonderful host very kind and very understanding, we had got a noise complaint and he was very lovely with how he handled it because of how kind Maurice was I definitely would book again based of that

We had an wonderful experience during our 4-night stay! The house was very clean, modern, and spacious. The kitchen and living room on the top floor were bright and airy thanks to the skylights. The location was ideal! The Bayswater underground station is directly across the street and the Queensway station is a very short walk, giving us many transportation options. There are plenty of grocery and dining options in the surrounding area, but the house also feels quite and private because it is tucked away just off of the main street. Angie was extremely responsive and helpful anytime we messaged her. I would highly recommend staying here!

Laura was extremely responsive & happy to provide any information. The house was very clean & we were relaxed there from the start. The beds were excellent & we all slept well…better than usual! Kitchen lots of room & with four of us, didn’t feel crowded & so we ate there often. Great fish & chips around the corner & a number of other good restaurants really close. Quiet & safe. All in all a really great 2 weeks.

Everything we needed, 20 minutes on the bus to the O2 which was one of the main reasons for our visit. Located on a very peaceful street, 5 minutes walk to bus stop. House well equipped and comfortable. Perfect, thank you.
