Beautiful cottage recently built with taste. With views of the valley and mountains. Lots of space for a bedroom. Hubert is very friendly, it's nice to chat with him. The chalet is 10 minutes from the city center and the gondola.

It was a beautiful stay, picture perfect in an alpine setting. The house is decorated beautifully, true to the region. It has all the essentials including a functioning kitchen. Highly recommend it!

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

Fab chalet, lovely views, well stocked kitchen with fondue and raclette machine. Walkable to Combloux centre and 5-10 mins from Combloux ski and Princess lift if St Gervais and Megeve extended area.

We felt completely comfortable at Christelle's! The accommodation was great, the view fantastic and the tranquility to enjoy. We were also able to enjoy delicious cakes and enjoyed the time in Megeve. Kitchen was super equipped, only the mattress was a little too hard for us (but that's a matter of taste). We will be happy to come back :)

Great stay in beautiful surroundings! Very welcoming host, we recommend it! Very relaxing, very quiet by the lake. Very clean! If I had to give one small point, we thought that access to the lake was at the foot of the accommodation with the photos, but you have to cross the road. Which is not a problem at all. Thanks again for this great stay and see you soon!

We had a lovely stay at Laetitia's, well arranged and very well equipped. We were 2 adults and 2 teens and the surface area was sufficient. The location was great and quiet with parking space and shops nearby. we will definitely come back.

Ultra comfortable and spacious accommodation with a very very large ideal terrace. All comforts, modern, well-equipped and clean, inviting you to relax. Super attentive and helpful host (very efficient if needed) & discretion assured. We were 2 couples and found the beds and bedding ideal. All essential and quality shops nearby (butcher, deli, cheese shop; bakery; sherpa; restaurants; bars; sports; decorations; souvenirs... Village spirit where the living is good, welcoming and friendly. We had a great week. Thanks to Bambou and the concier for your follow-up on this stay.

The reviews of our predecessors speak for themselves. We had a great time, both in the accommodation and in the surroundings (many hikes start from the village whether they are accessible or more difficult; St Nicolas la Chapelle is less than 10 min, Flumet just a little more with all its shops). Everything is done to feel good and enjoy it to the fullest. And Christine and Patrice are very welcoming.

Very nice apartment nicely decorated, warm, well-equipped and a good layout of the rooms. The slopes and chairlift of the cernix are a few minutes walk from the building. Welcome very well organized. We'll be happy to go back.

We had a lovely stay at this accommodation which is impeccable, very peaceful with a beautiful view of the mountains! In addition Charlène is a very responsive host, no complaints!

The apartment is located in a very quiet and beautiful area, close to Lake Passy. It is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Jean Christophe is an extremely friendly host and available when needed. I would highly recommend it.

Full studio, very well structured and organized, a warm and comfortable environment to spend the season. The location is perfect, very quiet, at the top of the mountain, next to the ski slopes of Praz-sur-Arly and close to Megève. The view is incredibly beautiful. Rose is a very kind person, she gave us all the right instructions and is always available to answer any questions. I recommend it without hesitating!

we were blown away by this place - the view is absolutely amazing. the house was spotless and very well equipped. the nearest village was an 8 minute drive, and there is a market on on Saturday mornings. annecy was around 30 mins drive into the centre. the host was very good at communicating and also gave us our space which we appreciated- also very accomadating as we were travelling with a baby they kindly let us check in a little earlier. the only thing I would give as feedback to the host, there is no shade in the garden, and as we were blessed with gorgeous sunshine throughout our stay, we enjoyed eating our dinner and letting our baby play outside - maybe an umbrella or parasol over the decking would be an added touch. overall wonderful stay and would 100% recommend.

I had a pleasant stay, I found the accommodation to be very clean and very well-equipped, a very peaceful place with a simply splendid view!!! And a big thank you to Wilfried for all his explanations and advice (visit to the place etc.) you can go there without so much as a second thought, everything was perfect!!!
