I'm next door and I use the studio as an off-season office. I provide everything as in a hotel, towels, linens. The location is perfect. You can get everywhere on foot: trails in all directions, 5 minutes from the center and 15 minutes from the supermarket. The south-facing garden is perfect for relaxing evenings after exercise. By car, easy access by the very clear national road to Megève (10 minutes), Sallanches (20 minutes) or Chamonix (35 minutes) and private parking.

Spacious studio of approximately 32 m2, on the ground floor in a chalet located 400 m from the village and 100 m from the slopes. It offers you a superb view of the Aravis. Ski room - private parking. Shops, doctor's office, 24/7 laundromat, restaurants. Ideal for 2 adults and 2 children. You must bring your own linens and clean the house, otherwise €75 will be deducted from the deposit.

It consists of a living room with equipped kitchen and sofa bed, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower. Ski locker. We provide bed linen and towels. The cleaning is carried out by us, but we ask you to tidy up the apartment before your departure.
