Vacation rentals with a patio in Crespina

Very central location, apartment was very modern and clean. Enjoyed our stay but would highlight that the apartment is hard to access with large luggage and/or elderly guests, otherwise would highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay!! The location was superb and the hosts were great. The views were stunning.

Although there were a couple of issues with one tv and the washer dryer, Teona, Ivanna's property manager was always responsive and followed up to see that issues were resolved. We thought that the apartment was very beautiful and the neighborhood felt safe. It was quiet, and some of Ivanna's recommendations for restaurants were pe.rfect. We wouldn't hesitate to come back

Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam ontvangst maar tegelijkertijd discreet tijdens ons verblijf. Hoewel het verblijf aan een iets drukkere straat is gelegen merk je daar op het terras weinig van. Daar was het trouwens genieten van het mooie zicht. Het huisje is handig op wandelafstand van het pittoreske dorp. Het was ook fijn dat er een barbecue beschikbaar was. Heel fijn verblijf voor een weekje.

Waren für eine Nacht dort, da am nächsten Morgen unsere Fähre nach Sardinien ablegte. Der Hafen ist nur ca. 3 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Alessandro ist ein netter, offener Gastgeber. Persönlicher Empfang und gute Ratschläge. Man hat sich in der Wohnung sehr sicher gefühlt. Nachts war es draußen etwas lauter, aber dafür kann der Gastgeber ja nichts.

WE had a delightful stay in the most beautiful surroundings. This place was on amazing grounds and it was just perfect for us as we love the country side. We were welcomed by the owners father Sandro and he was quite friendly and engaging …explaining everything we needed to know. Although we did not have an opportunity to meet Marie and Lorenzo, Marie was quite helpful before our trip and quickly answered all my MANY questions. The apartment was well appointed and so cute. A lovely welcome basket was there upon our arrival. Everything was really perfect in this quaint community that is very close to Lucca and Pisa if you want to take a side trip. We enjoyed it immensely/

Io ed il mio ragazzo ci siamo trovati benissimo nell’appartamento di Vittoria. Una splendida vista su Firenze, perfetta per bere un bicchiere di Vino con di fronte la Cupola del Brunelleschi, l’appartamento era pulito, curato e come descrizione. Consiglio per il vostro soggiorno a Firenze, grazie Vittoria! ✨

Really pleased with this property. Marco and team were great in terms of flexibility for the check-in allowing to drop our bags even though we could not yet get full access. Fantastic spot. Nice views. Happy to return!

Un de nos meilleurs séjours assurément !!!! Mattéo est un hôte très aidant et prévenant. La maison est juste un petit bijou au sommet de cette colline...une vue sur un paysage Toscan très inspirant du côté de la piscine (qui est une très jolie piscine)...bien que partagée nous avons été toujours seuls à en profiter !! La terrasse où l'on prenait nos repas est très agréable avec ces fortes chaleurs. La situation de la maison permet de rayonner dans la Toscane...Lucca, Sienna, Volterra, San Gimignano....et nous avons pu pousser jusqu'au Jardin des Tarots de Niki de Saint Phalle. Nous recommandons fortement un séjour chez Mattéo...et pensons y retourner une autre fois.

We loved staying here! the views out of the terrace and even the bathroom window were something I’ve never seen before, right out of a movie. About a 15 minute drive to the closest city, San Miniato, which has great restaurants. This was such a charming & peaceful place to stay in Tuscany, and the visits from the neighborhood cats on the terrace was a bonus! :)

Wonderful place to either lay back and enjoy the picturesque-postcard view from the comfort of your front yard or the pool (which was refreshingly cool in June), or to go further explore Tuscany locations within reach. The house was beautiful, clean and equipped with everything you could ask for, ie a quiet and air conditioned bedroom, kitchen with a gas stove, fridge and a wood fired bbq and a jacuzzi + comfy seating outside. Shops, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance, max 10 minutes. Andrea is a fantastic host who clearly cares about providing the best possible stay for her guests, which she did. Whenever we return to Tuscany, we will definitely make sure to stay here at Palaia again.

We had a great 6 nights at Margherita and Silvio's place. It is a two bedroom detached building minutes from Sienna but with lovely views of farm fields, cedars and umbrella pines. Very peaceful, private and quiet. Just as shown and described in the listing. Margherita and Silvio are great hosts and immediately brought around a bottle opener (for the local chianti) when we couldn't find one. This is a great location for exploring beautiful Tuscany. Highly recommended.

Unser Aufenthalt in Dario’s Haus war einfach perfekt! Das Apartment ist stilvoll eingerichtet, wunderschön und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders beeindruckend war der eigene Pool – eine absolute Wohlfühloase! 🏊‍♂️✨ Alles war extrem sauber und ordentlich, was sofort ein angenehmes Gefühl vermittelt hat. Die Privatsphäre war absolut gegeben, und dennoch war Dario unglaublich hilfsbereit, wenn wir etwas gebraucht haben. Seine Gastfreundschaft war top – freundlich, aufmerksam und genau im richtigen Maß präsent! 😊 Ein rundum großartiger Aufenthalt – wir kommen definitiv wieder! 🌟

Akribisch renoviertes und liebevoll möbliertes altes Steinhaus mit 2 begrünten Terrassen am Rande eines Weilers, umgeben von Olivenhainen, völlig ruhig, keine weitere Infrastruktur. A/C mit Heizfunktion. Küche bestens ausgestattet (Geräte, Geschirr, Utensilien, Gewürze, Öl , Spüli etc.) Modernes Bad, ausreichend frische Handtücher. 2 Schlafzimmer (Durchgang) und Bad/WC im Obergeschoss, Wohnzimmer und Küche im 1. Stock. Im Untergeschoss separates kleines Appartement mit Bad/WC und Küche und Waschmaschine. Zur Begrüßung erwarteten uns Wein, Wasser und ein Frühstück. In Empoli (ca 10 min.) großes Einkaufszentrum, Geschäfte und Lokale. Wer antike Architektur und Möbel, Natur und Ruhe liebt wird sich wie wir sehr wohlfühlen! 🤩 Aufgrund mehrerer steiler Treppen für Kleinkinder und mobilitätseingeschränkte Personen nicht zu empfehlen. This spartment is amazing. Has a wonderful terrace and beutiful furniture. Checkin process was smooth and walkable to all attractions. Worth our money!

I feel at home staying at Martino & Nicola’s place! it was a last minute booking but turns out to be comfiest space! It’s super clean, modern, quiet & peaceful as someone who likes staying in like me it’s perfect, have every kitchen tools you can think of and have joy cooking during my stay! Nicola was handing over the key during check in very clear instructions to the private car park. If you ever find yourself in Pontedera or surrounding I highly recommend staying there! would definitely come back if I found myself there!

Paolo en Martina geven je gelijk een enorm warm welkom gevoel. Martina had een overheerlijke taart gebakken en we kwamen in een brandschoon appartement waarin aan alles was gedacht. Dat ook nog met eens met een prachtig uitzicht op Pisa in de verte. Paolo stond gelijk klaar met adviezen en tips over de omgeving en mogelijkheden. We prachtig Toscane mogen ontdekken, niet alleen de grote steden of de zee maar ook de kleine schoonheden in de omgeving. We mochten tevens gebruik maken van de heerlijke tuin met barbecue. Paolo en Martine zijn de ultieme, zorgzame gastheer en gastvrouw die je als gast het gevoel geven deel uit te maken van hun familie. Een heel bijzondere ervaring voor ons gezin waardoor we nog een hele lange tijd warme herinneringen aan hun en hun prachtige huis tussen de bergen en beekjes van Calci zullen koesteren. Dit is absoluut een fantastische plek om nog eens naar terug te keren. Een absolute aanrader!

Die Wohnung von Marco in Monsummano Terme war einfach fantastisch! Alles war sehr sauber, gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, und auch die Lage ist ideal: ruhig und charmant, aber gleichzeitig ein super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Florenz, Pisa, Lucca oder sogar Rom. Der Gastgeber Marco ist außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit. Seine schnelle und freundliche Kommunikation war sehr angenehm. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

This apartment is so perfect for travelling around Italy. Close to the Tower (10-15 min walk) and close to some amazing eating places! We walked to the Pisa Central Station every day and went to many different towns/cities. Lucca was amazing and so was Florence. Viareggio was charming seaside town as well!! All affordable as well by train. We will definitely return x
