It has a separate entrance, is part of a Tuscan-style farmhouse with brick ceilings and wooden beams. It consists of a living/dining room with a double sofa bed and an adjacent well-equipped kitchen (mini-fridge, dishwasher and microwave oven). Just a short distance from Tuscany’s art cities and the sea, we are located in an area of great interest for its flora and wildlife, surrounded by historic villas and protected by landscape conservation regulations. The road leading to our property, about 0.6 miles long, is part of this heritage; it cannot be paved and is somewhat uneven. To reach us you will have to make a small effort, which can be faced with any car. You will find in return silence, tranquility and our hospitality.
