Bungalow vacation rentals in Crescent Beach

Absolutely beautiful view. We were impressed with the accuracy of the description. The unit did not disappoint. The beach access was just steps away. The historic district was minutes away. We stayed two nights which was perfect.

This bungalow was a wonderful place for our small group to enjoy a laid-back beach weekend. I loved the old-Florida charm of the place, and just steps from the beach. Overall, very pleased and may very well return!

Fantastic spot: Easily walkable to everything in town, even closer to the beach, and quiet and peaceful all the while. The large open-air lanai is a nice touch - allows you to easily alternate sun and shade while staying outside. We had great weather, but it would also be a nice place to sit with a coffee on a rainy day. Neighbors are there (hotel and next-door bungalow) but the way it is arranged we didn't much see anyone, the lanai and backyard still felt secluded. The bungalow itself is more spacious than we expected. There are two doors off the lanai, one to the kitchen and one to a living room, which was convenient for us parents after putting the kids to sleep. Nearby playground for families with kids. Sandra was friendly and responsive, and it was great that she was local.

A great, quirky, perfect located property with everything you need! Really enjoyed our stay, will be coming back!

Our family had a great stay. The home was more spacious inside than it looked online. We loved how close we were to the historic St. George Street area. Donald was very responsive to our questions while we were there and super quick to fix an appliance issue. We highly recommend The Lincolnvilla!

We had a great at Tim’s place. It fit our family (2 adults and 4 teenage kids) great. It’s on a quiet street without much traffic, nice and quiet. Very walkable to the old town, which we did at least a couple of times a day. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to St. Augustine.

We had another amazing stay at both of Roger and Amy’s homes! Everything was exactly as advertised, and both houses were spotless upon arrival. The attention to detail and cleanliness made our stay incredibly comfortable. Communication was seamless, and they were fantastic hosts throughout the entire process. We highly recommend staying at their properties and would absolutely book with them again in the future. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

The house is very comfortable and has every imaginable kitchen tool you might need.. the beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were beautiful and clean … Any questions were always quickly answered by Greg.. Location was fabulous for sunsets and great to walk or quick drive to the beach….. If you are not familiar with the area it is close to good restaurants, great beach and downtown St. Augustine… highly recommend…

All I could say is “Wow”. This home and its surroundings are absolutely beautiful. My hubby and I celebrate our 1st Anniversary here. Our favorite hangout spot was the Sunroom. I love that this home makes you just want to put down all your electronics and focus on one another. Perfect getaway for couples. It’s quiet, private and away from the hustle and bustle if you’re looking for that. So much to do in St.Augustine. Our favorite breakfast spot was Crabbys Beachside. It’s a must to eat to there! Definitely coming back.

Marty's place is a super cute cottage just across the street from the beach. His private patio was perfect because it was too chilly and windy for me to sit at the beach. The sun was shining and I enjoyed reading in this private space. Marty's place is also a short drive to St Augustine. Marty was very quick to respond to any questions that I had.

We four adults and two small children stayed over new years and had a wonderful time. The house was well situated, no problem to walk to St Augustine centrum.House was clean and the kitchen had great utensiles and the coffee machine was great. The living room was cosy.

We just loved this home and it felt like it was our own we will definitely be back and try to get this home again we have nothing bad to say about this house or it’s location at all
