Bungalow vacation rentals in Crescent Beach

Love the proximity to the beach, it was nice to walk only a short distance to take an earlier morning swim. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful and the home is relaxing and very clean. I will say hot water showers would have been nice.

Fantastic spot: Easily walkable to everything in town, even closer to the beach, and quiet and peaceful all the while. The large open-air lanai is a nice touch - allows you to easily alternate sun and shade while staying outside. We had great weather, but it would also be a nice place to sit with a coffee on a rainy day. Neighbors are there (hotel and next-door bungalow) but the way it is arranged we didn't much see anyone, the lanai and backyard still felt secluded. The bungalow itself is more spacious than we expected. There are two doors off the lanai, one to the kitchen and one to a living room, which was convenient for us parents after putting the kids to sleep. Nearby playground for families with kids. Sandra was friendly and responsive, and it was great that she was local.

Absolutely beautiful view. We were impressed with the accuracy of the description. The unit did not disappoint. The beach access was just steps away. The historic district was minutes away. We stayed two nights which was perfect.

Hello! Martie’s place was so beautiful and fun. We had such a great time looking around at all of the art and going to the beach for night swimming. I thought we booked for an extra day but when the cleaning crew showed up I had to double check our reservation. Turned out I was incorrect on my dates! Martie was very understanding with my mistake and even attempted to help check on other airbnbs for us! Fortunately we had family that had an extra bed for us. We 100% recommend this home and will be rebooking if we take another trip to St. Augustine! Thank you Martie!

It was very nice and super close to the beach. It’s set back off the road and very private. Great hosts to work with.

Our family had a great stay. The home was more spacious inside than it looked online. We loved how close we were to the historic St. George Street area. Donald was very responsive to our questions while we were there and super quick to fix an appliance issue. We highly recommend The Lincolnvilla!

If you’re looking to book a cozy place walkable to the historic district of St. Augustine, this is the place! The Happy Bungalow is exactly as described and David and the iTrip team were incredibly accommodating and communicative to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The home is adorably curated and we were very impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the furniture, linens and kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked and it’s easy to see that this historic home, and everything in it, is truly cared for! They thought of everything. While the posting does indicate the home’s proximity to a busy/main road, we didn’t realize just how close we would be. It can be a little noisy during high traffic times & weekend nights, but it was not enough to disrupt our stay — The upside is that we could walk anywhere downtown in 5 to 10 minutes! Just something to keep in mind. You will not regret booking this stay!

Great place to stay! We could walk to the shops and restaurants in the heart of St. Agustine. The house was just as describe and our host was super responsive. The are is super nice and everything is close by.

this place was great, super clean and the yard was gorgeous, place is really quiet, you kinda forget you are in the city, its peaceful, we were close to everything and the host are realy friendly and responsive.

My husband and I rented this cottage for 4 weeks. Clean, comfortable beds and furniture with a lovely back porch and fire pit. We had guests for one night and the cottage is great for 2 couples. Communication with Ashish was easy and helpful. The neighborhood was quiet with beautiful trees, and walking distance to town and restaurants. We enjoyed evening walks around Maria Sanchez Lake - lovely. I am sure we will be back!

The house is beautiful and very well-kept! It’s a close distance to the beach and an easy walk there and back. We were very comfortable during our stay, it’s an amazing place and the hosts were very helpful.

This beach cottage is very cute and clean! Fit our family of 4 and had all of the amenities we needed. It is located in a convenient area, walkable to the beach and very close to restaurants and shopping. Unfortunately we were there for a family emergency and not a vacation, but I would just like to add that the hosts were very hospitable in accommodating us at the last minute, and they were very easy to communicate with and answered any questions and I'm very appreciative for that. But nonetheless, this house would be a great place to stay for a family beach vacation!
