The place is in a great location! The view is fantastic. The apartment is part of an old and authentic building, but is modernly furnished, very spacious and equipped with every comfort. There is a lovely shower, a washing machine, air conditioning, TV, microwave, oven and a kitchen with a 4-burner stove. And a balcony where you can sit! You will be in the middle of the historical center of Viseu. Guilherme is a very good host, gives tips before you arrive and responds immediately when you have a question. The beds are lovely and the apartment super clean. We stayed there for five days to great satisfaction.

A very comfortable place, three bedrooms, four beds, two full bathrooms, very equipped kitchen, washer, TVs, everything you need for your stay. Lurdes is wonderful, great proactive communication and responsive, very kind person. The house is in a very quiet street with small and nice restaurants just a block away. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in São Romão or Seia area. Thanks to Lurdes for being so attentive and letting us stay at your very nice place.

I really enjoyed the stay, everything very well organized and clean, the house is very cozy and the host very helpful and proactive, the house is like the photos and the neighborhood is very quiet, great to rest, the privacy of the house is also very good! We loved stopping by this welcoming host. The house is spacious, the kitchen large and practical. We enjoyed the fireplace and the game of same, super nice and friendly. The house is far from the shops but we had a great pleasure to discover what to make a full breakfast: orange juice, cereals, yogurts, ham, cheese, butter, as well as a delicious homemade jam! And fresh bread was dropped off early in the morning by the owner. Thank you!
