Perfect, quiet place with a nice little view of the marsh. The space was very cozy and comfortable. The wife and I enjoyed our stay. There is plenty of wildlife, beaches, and great food close by.

We had a last minute cancellation in Amelia Island due to flooding. We found this house as we pivoted and thankful we did! It was such a nice improvement for what we originally booked. It was just two of us and a dog, but I plan on bringing my family back as they had lots of space for more! The backyard is fenced in for a dog. Perfect location for driving to adventures and restaurants. Mary is so quick to respond and really saved our weekend!! Thank you again and I look forward to staying here again!!

This house felt just like home. It was clean and well maintained. The furniture was nice and the beds slept better than any Airbnb home I've ever stayed in. The house is a good size with plenty of room for a family of 4. Dennis was very helpful and proactive on any issue he thought would arise. He even offered to take the trash to the street for us on Wednesday night if we couldn't do it. He went above and beyond any host we've ever dealt with. We did not want to leave and plan on returning soon!
