Charming stone house in the Lot-et-Garonne, not overlooked and with a beautiful unobstructed view of the countryside. Absolutely quiet, it is the perfect place to spend time with family or friends to discover the region and/or rest. Golf de Barthe is a 5-minute drive (9-hole golf course with practice) and Lac du Loubet is a 20-minute walk. Also, many villages and castles are to be visited in the area. We also speak English!

We were charmed by this place, the large grounds and the swimming pool are beautiful. The appliances are certainly aging but functional and largely sufficient for vacation. We were very pleasantly surprised by the interior of the cottage to which the listing photos do not do justice. The house has lots of charm. No neighbors nearby, children can go out at the pool without fear of disturbing the neighborhood! The communication with Heather and Charly was perfect.

This is an address to keep. Simone is an outstanding host. She is very responsive, full of attentions (homemade jam for breakfast, fruit from the garden). Even though we only stayed one night, we had time to chat and she shared her passion for her haven with us. Thank you Simone for your welcome.

Beautiful farmhouse

We really enjoyed our stay, Monique was very easy to communicate with and very flexible on the dates as we needed to move it by one day because of our travel arrangements. The setting is amazing and the grounds and pool area are perfect. You do need a car as there is no where within walking distance but that wasn't a surprise and is one of the reasons we chose the house. The kitchen is great if you like to cook when you are away which we do and even has a Lacanche cooker which I found really exciting! The pictures of the house and grounds are accurate and show it perfectly.

A big THANK YOU to Jane and Tony for sharing their little slice of heaven with us. Everything was there for us to have a dream stay. The accommodation is impeccably clean, as is the pool which is beautiful, located a few meters from the private terrace at your disposal with barbecue. The location of the accommodation is ideal for admiring the sunsets and the landscape as far as the eye can see. Jane and Tony are people of great kindness, great discretion, responsive and always concerned about the comfort of their guests. We can't wait for the next vacation so we can go back if we return to this beautiful area. I would highly recommend it.
