Loved staying here for a second year in a row. The hideaway hut is tranquil and the perfect break from a busy life. Love nothing more than relaxing in the hot tub and listening to nature surrounding us. Thanks again for another perfect weekend away!

A comfortable, clean room in a beautiful house with gorgeous gardens, a stone's throw from both Jane Austen's house and Chawton House. Lovely, informative hosts and delightful dogs; breakfast was also delicious. I felt fully rested after my stay, and I just wish that I could have stayed longer.

It was lovely staying at Jessica's. She made us feel comfortable and welcome. The room is wonderful with a stunning view of Bath, and waking up to it was a pleasure. Her kitchen and garden are lovely too. While having breakfast, you can take in a panoramic view of Bath. While the house is easily accessible, the location makes it quiet and peaceful. The bed was really comfy too and we slept really well. We had a really packed 2 days and walked about a lot, so getting to rest at such a lovely, welcoming space at the end of the day was brilliant. Jessica is very knowledgeable about Bath and gave great recommendations. Meeting her was as much a pleasure as the stay!

We had a lovely few days celebrating my 60th. Lovely place and beautiful surroundings. Would highly recommend.

Annie is a very welcoming host who makes you feel at home immediately. The room is in a lovely peaceful spot down a lane but within a 15 minute walk to a lovely pub with food. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for peace and quiet but also close enough to towns for amenities.

A wonderful host who is happy to go out of her way to make you feel welcome and help out whenever she can. The farm is the ultimate peaceful retreat, with only the occasional cow or lamb punctuating the serenity. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable, the breakfasts are amazing. Can't find anything negative to say about anything.

Great air b and b at a very reasonable price. Ruth is friendly and very attentive as a host whilst staying in her air b and b, clear communication on message before the stay too.Breakfast was great too! Would recommend/stay again!

We enjoyed our all-too-brief stay in Sarah and Damian's lovely home. The space was cozy and comfortable, and Sarah is a great cook and an engaging conversationalist. Her recommendations for things to do on our trip were spot-on. We hope to see them again on our next trip to Herefordshire!

The 3 weeks that I spent at Nina’s with Betsy, Minou and Suki as roommates were my most cherished weeks of 2025! Nina’s place is spotless, pretty, cosy, just everything to make you feel right at home. She’s a wonderful host, who became a friend. The city is the just spectacular and truly heals! I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Inge & Robert’s home. The room was cozy, spotless, and thoughtfully arranged—I slept wonderfully both nights! Their house and garden are beautifully decorated, with every detail reflecting their great taste—it felt like staying in a peaceful retreat. Inge and Robert were exceptionally kind hosts. When I ran into a small issue during my stay, they immediately offered help with genuine warmth, which I deeply appreciated. Their thoughtfulness truly made me feel at home. Thank you both for your hospitality and care. I’d love to stay here again if I’m back in Cheltenham!

Pat was an incredible host. She truly went above and beyond. She was super communicative. She helped me with laundry, which was a major help while walking/hiking the Cotswold way. Her location was fantastic. It was a great balance of privacy, location, and a wonderful host. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay. We were in the area for a wedding at the location was superb. Helen and Steve were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and room was well equipped. We hope to be back one day!

Very close to my office friendly host decent room and having breakfast in the price was great so overall I was delighted to stay there and hope to return soon.

A beautiful place to stay , with so many extras , felt totally private and loved the use of the outdoor seating area and hot tub . Both me & my wife said it had been one of our favourites, note to others book somewhere to eat if travelling at the weekend. The only ‘extras’ we d of liked would have been robes & slippers but that said that’s being picky . A beautiful find .

Lyn and John were fantastic hosts - being generous with lively conversation but also providing options for privacy as desired. I paid a reduced rate due to some regulars being out of town, but they are already providing an excellent value classic bed and breakfast service with homestay personal touches. Lyn offers a full cooked breakfast and cereals to all guests, but was happy to make adjustments to tastes and needs. John also makes a tasty coffee from the espresso machine. I would be glad to return if I am able to find a moment when they are not fully booked!

We would give 10 Stars- if possible :) We had a wonderful time at Arlene’s charming cottage in Lechlade, perfectly located for exploring the Cotswolds. The cottage is cozy, beautifully decorated, and spotless, with many thoughtful touches like bathrobes, slippers, a fridge, tea maker, and coffee machine – everything you need to feel right at home. The rose garden is absolutely lovely and adds to the peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast was fantastic – generous, delicious, and prepared with so much care. Arlene is a truly lovely and welcoming host, and her little dog Daisy is simply adorable. We would love to come back – highly recommended!

Great location really clean tidy perfect for seeing the local area! Really friendly hosts would definitely recommend!

Thank you Clare for our lovely stay. We had 2 children that loved the pool in the sunshine. Kitchen had everything we needed as did the rest of the property. A lovely tranquil stay just what we needed! The only concern for other holiday makers would be the steps upto the mezzanine level. Was absolutely fine for us but if you are little unsteady or have younger kits it may be an item of concern. Our 11 and 9 year olds loved it. Thanks again Clare, lovely property in a great location. Perfect!!!

very helpful host. Claire ls place was immaculate. cleanest air bnb I have Sayed at. beds were super comfy. felt like a home away from home. beautiful little garded to sit and have afternoon tea. forget hotels., this is the place to stay when in Cirencester. 5 ⭐

Jean-Maurice and Sabrina have a fantastic place. Private parking and a few minutes walk to the station with regular trains into the city. Incredibly quiet. Absolutely zero traffic news. Loft conversion was beautifully done and spotlessly clean with everything you need. Such a friendly family as well and happy to share their kitchen and garden with their guests. I loved it and wouldn’t hesitate to return if they’ll have me. ❤️

Lovely home and wonderful host! Everything was perfect and just what we were looking for. We had a very relaxing time and really enjoyed our stay. The delicious breakfast was a great touch too. Jo is kind, friendly and helpful and her two golden retrievers are very friendly. We would highly recommend!
