Two bedrooms with double beds, bath/shower room plus kitchenette/diner with access and views over our flower garden. Basic breakfast included. Superfast Wifi. Excellent walking/cycling from the house. Well placed for visits to Cotswold villages, Bath, Bristol, Gloucester and Cheltenham by car or by train.

The detached annex is on 2 separate levels, self-contained allowing peace/privacy throughout the stay. Accessed down a shared drive to the end of our cottage garden, benefiting from stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Within walking distance to the Crown at Ampney Brook where you can enjoy drinks/food.

We have created a purpose built one-bedroom annexe with your own front door and designated parking. Finished to a very high specification for the perfect relaxing holiday. A variety of teas/coffees/milk in the fridge. Baked croissants available if requested at no extra charge. Close to the village, a brisk 10 minute walk and ample walking routes right from the front door.

The Nest is a guest studio above our garage at the end of our garden. It's a light airy space, in a beautiful quiet rural location, with far reaching views of the Cotswold countryside. It’s an ideal spot for exploring nearby Cheltenham, Cirencester and the Cotswolds; as a base for walking and cycling the local countryside; or to just kick back and relax. We are a 10-15 minute walk from award winning Green Dragon Pub and village shop, and Cowley Manor Hotel, which both serve amazing food.

Modern Hayloft in Cotswolds

The hayloft is very old but we have converted it into a 2 bed suite (one double bed & one big round bed on the mezzanine) with a 'shed bathroom' and a large lounge. It is on top of part of our own house (above the kitchen) but has a separate private entrance and a door onto the garden. There is no kitchen facility - think hotel rooms rather than self catering! It is right in the heart of the village a couple of hundred metres from good restaurants, ancient pubs and independent shops.

The Old Wash House is a grade 2 listed building. It has been sympathetically restored using reclaimed materials wherever possible to create luxury boutique style accommodation. The village of Bretforton is on the edge of the North Cotswolds. It is a short drive from Broadway and Chipping Campden. It is also ideally located for Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury Closer to home and only a short walk away, the award winning Fleece Inn.
