Vacation rentals in Cotes

It’s a good location for cycling. High up a hill so amazing views of the valley. Discovered some trail routes just behind Porto de Orba. We didn’t eat out in the evening. A 25 minute drive to Denia beach. Good shopping at La Marina centre with many familiar shops.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral zwischen Strand, Bars, Restaurants und Haltestellen zum ÖPNV. Sie ist wie beschrieben, sehr geräumig und gemütlich. Die Ausstattung bietet auch alles, was man zum Selbstversorgen benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war perfekt und man bekommt proaktiv alle wichtigen Informationen und gute Tipps für die Umgebung.

Die Unterkunft war klasse! Mit dem Mietwagen war alles schnell erreichbar und die Beschreibungen von Maxine waren sehr hilfreich. Lorena Vorort war immer erreichbar und hat geholfen, wenn Fragen auftraten. Sehr herzliche und freundliche Gastgeber 💐 Dankeschön 🙏🏼

Un soggiorno splendido, la casa è molto bella, pulita e dotata di tutti gli accessori necessari. La posizione è fantastica e la zona non è da meno. Ho soggiornato un mese e devo dire che mi sono sentita davvero come se fossi a casa mia. Maria è una persona speciale è molto amichevole, è venuta incontro ad ogni mia esigenza e ha reso tutto più semplice, addirittura l’ultimo giorno ho dimenticato una cosa in casa ed è stata così gentile da portarmela dove mi trovavo. Consiglio vivamente questo splendido alloggio, che ti fa sentire veramente a casa.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Dino was heel vriendelijk. De woning was mooi, nieuw, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Extra fijn dat er een hekje geplaatst kon worden voor het zwembad ivm onze peuter. De buitenkeuken, altijd een plek mogelijk in de zon of schaduw, airco, zonwering en horren maakte het perfect. Nogmaals bedankt voor het fijne verblijf.

Duidelijke video en instructies om het appartement te vinden. Verder was het appartement was netjes en proper, goed opgeruimd. Ligt in een rustige omgeving, supermarkt, restaurants en de zee ligt allemaal zeer dichtbij. Bij aankomst miste ik wel enkele basis hygiene dingen zoals een WC-rol en een beetje handzeep. Verder was alles prima in orde!

El piso se corresponde en todo con lo detallado, 3 cuartos amplios , 2 wc completos , salón con terraza… Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días sin problema. Todo muy limpio , camas cómodas . A la vuelta de la esquina hay un súper , 3 panadería/pastelerias, y un poco más adelante el paseo marítimo con infinidad de opciones para comer. Se encuentra en 2 fila al mar pero son 5 min andando y llegas a la playa , de arena y muy buena para niños. Tiene garaje para un coche grande que facilita todo. Roberto estuvo pendiente de nosotros y contestó rápido a mis preguntas. Tuvo flexibilidad en los horarios . Vino a darnos las llaves y enseñarnos todo el piso . Muchas gracias por todo y espero vernos pronto porque volveremos sin duda

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa in Teulada! The place was immaculately clean, incredibly comfortable, and had absolutely everything one could need for a perfect getaway. The swimming pool was fantastic—refreshing and with plenty of depth to properly enjoy a swim. The barbecue area was a great touch, perfect for relaxed evenings. But what truly made this stay exceptional was our host, María. She was absolutely incredible—proactive, attentive, and always ready with helpful recommendations. From finding the best bespoke cake in the nearby town to suggesting musicians, she went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Despite the weather being the worst the area had seen in a decade (as the locals told us), it didn’t dampen our experience in the slightest. The villa, the amenities, and María’s hospitality more than made up for it. Would definitely consider coming back!
