For rent is a nice, bright loft in an apartment building on the outskirts of Dresden in the quiet district of Dölzschen. The loft consists of an open kitchen-living room, a bathroom with shower and toilet. The sleeping area is located above the living room in the attic, which can be reached via a ladder with railing. In the living room there is a sofa which can be folded out and thus 4 people can stay in the loft (2 people in the bed in the sleeping area and 2 people on the sofa bed).

The cleaning fee of €30 is payable in cash. Bookings from 01/28/26 include these costs.

Our lovingly furnished 30 sqm apartment for 2-3 people in the resort town of Weinböhla near Dresden has a separate entrance, living-bedroom with double bed, also separately adjustable, shower and fully equipped kitchen.
