This unique place has a style all its own. You will stay on 75 square meters, in a lovingly renovated, state-of-the-art old building apartment in industrial style, with underfloor heating, fully equipped kitchen, balcony, cozy bedrooms with smart TV and a noble living room with dining area. The apartment is located in Dresden-Löbtau. Within walking distance you can reach lots of shopping, restaurants and public transport in a few minutes, with which you are in the city center in 10-15 minutes.

The 70 m² apartment is located on the ground floor in a quiet, idyllic location on our three-sided courtyard. From the living room you enter the terrace. You can hike through the vineyards in 15 minutes and reach the Seußlitzer Schloß. The Elbe Cycle Path is only 400 m away from us. Parking for cars as well as the use of 2 bicycles are free of charge. This also applies to the storage of your bikes and the associated charging station. Moritzburg, Meissen and Dresden are great places to visit.

You can expect a modern flair with a lot of love for detail. The house is very spacious and fully equipped. The location is quiet, but still directly adjacent to the trendy Dresden Neustadt district. Modern apartment in the old town of Meissen

Our modern furnished apartment is located in the old town directly opposite the Rossmann drugstore. From the apartment you can look at the beautiful Triebisch (river) and is very quiet despite the central location. In the immediate vicinity, all the sights in the city can be reached on foot. The S-Bahn station Altstadt is 5 minutes away. Parking in front of the door is subject to a charge of €5 per day, but if you drive 500 m further, it is free of charge.

Auf zwei Etagen und einer großzügigen Dachterrasse mit Loungemöbeln lassen sich erholsame Stunden allein oder zu zweit verbringen. Möchten Sie entspannen, bietet die Ferienwohnung alles, was Sie für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt benötigen. Im Sommer bietet die Dachterrasse zum Sonnenbaden ein. Welcome to the trial living in our tiny loft. You are welcome to spend nights in ecological minimalism. The tiny house is idyllically situated on the Wildberg Manor. Beautiful hiking trails in the winding left-bank valleys are just as much to be discovered as the wine town of Radebeul with the Spitzhaus and the historic village green Alt-Kötzschenbroda (pubs). The cleaning fee of €30 is payable in cash. Bookings from 01/28/26 include these costs.

Our lovingly furnished 30 sqm apartment for 2-3 people in the resort town of Weinböhla near Dresden has a separate entrance, living-bedroom with double bed, also separately adjustable, shower and fully equipped kitchen. The nearby sights such as Moritzburg, Meissen and Dresden can be easily reached by bus and train or via bike paths.
