Lovely, sunny and peaceful apartment of 68 m2 and 16m2 of spectacular terrace, with great charm and fully restored, with views to "Metropol Theatre", designed by the architect J.M. Jujol (disciple of A. Gaudí). Capacity up to five people. Full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 rooms, 2 double beds (1 sofa bed) and 1 single bed, 2 TV, internet, wifi, air con, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, freezer, iron, hairdryer and washing machine. Although our apartment is close to Barcelona, our apartment is in an isolated environment, within the Bellamar urbanization, surrounded by forest and with the best sea views in the city. Fantástica casa domótica con piscina comunitaria en una zona muy tranquila a 5 minutos caminando de la playa. Ubicación ideal en un pueblo costero a medio camino entre Barcelona y Tarragona. A 15 min en coche de Sitges, a 36 min en coche de Port Aventura y a tan solo 39 km del aeropuerto (30 min en coche). La estación de tren está a 7 min caminando.

COVID19 Measures: Reservations are spaced in time, so that no previous guest has occupied the place during the previous 72 hours. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected for about 5 hours, about 72 hours prior to any stay. All clothes have been washed at 60% degrees, all surfaces and floors disinfected. Be save !!

We had a nice time in Marta's apartment. It has all the amenities for a relaxed stay. Only nuisance was that as it's winter season and there is no central heating but a portable gas heater and we needed to pay 20eur for the gas bottle and arrange it ourselves with the concierge, this was not mentioned beforehand nor during check-in and caused delays for us having to wait for the gas bottle to be replaced. Apart from that everything was great, Marta is very responsive and friendly and even allowed us to stay beyond check-out on the day of departure.

This townhome was everything we hoped for and more. The location is just unbeatable—directly above one of the beaches, with the most breathtaking views and unforgettable sunsets over the Mediterranean. The home is bright, airy, and well maintained. It’s super comfortable, with incredible roof terraces. Sitges is wonderfully walkable, and from this spot, you're steps from the beach and just minutes away from amazing restaurants, cute cafés, and charming shops. No need for a car—you can walk everywhere! Our host was absolutely lovely—so kind, thoughtful, and incredibly communicative. They made everything easy and seamless, and were always available for questions or local recommendations. Our welcome basket was perfect and generous (everything we needed for the first day or two before we made it to the market). This was one of our favorite stays ever, and we can’t wait to come back. If you’re thinking about booking—do it. You won’t regret it!

The house is amazing. Everything was very well prepared to spend a very good day in a group. It has different rooms to do different activities and it is very comfortable. Communication with Alba was very good and easy at all times. 100% recommended.

Upon arrival we were informed that the apt we booked was not available so another apt was substituted. Therefore I cannot give feedback re: the apt in the listing BUT the substitution was located right in the Barcelona cathedral square just a very short walk to Las Ramblas and many other historic quarters. Great shopping, restaurants, bars, art installations, street musicians and artists. Very vibrant and fun. Walkable to Sagrada Familia, waterfront and so many other attractions. The washer and Nespresso machine were greatly appreciated. Clean bathroom and plenty of hot water

Very nice accommodation, in a quiet corner of Salou and at the same time 2 steps from the city center and beautiful beaches. Strategic accommodation where all the sights are within walking distance. Port Aventura 15 minutes by bus, stop 400 meters from the apartment. Juan Miguel is very nice, available and very responsive if we need anything. He really wants these guests to be as comfortable as possible and have a good stay. Thanks Juan!

Responsive host. Functional, equipped and very pretty accommodation. Peaceful setting. Easy street parking. The beach is large, few people, the sea is calm, you can walk and the children can walk for a long time. Ideal place if you are looking for peace and a good place to stay with children away from the busy streets.

We have been a weekend with friends and were very Augusted! It really is a quiet and cozy place, with a terrace that is not appreciated enough in the photos! With a very nice view! Parking in front of the gate which makes it easy to drive in the house! An excellent find and Loïc a 10 host! Thanks !
