Studio accommodation for two, fully refurbished, centrally located on a quiet street and 50 metres from San Sebastian Beach and the entire dining area. It consists of a living room with fully equipped kitchenette, double bed 1.50 m wide. Sink with shower and separate toilet. 25m2 terrace with table and four chairs and 2 sun loungers, very close to the beach and dining area. Directions By road: the C-32 motorway connects Sitges with Barcelona in just 30 minutes and Tarragona in 45 minutes (Sitges Norte - Port d 'Aiguadolç exit). By train: Sitges has very good connections to Barcelona and Tarragona via Renfe commuter trains. Approximately every 15 minutes there is a train that connects Sitges with the County City in 30 minutes. From Barcelona Sants depart daily trains to the rest of Spain and Europe, being under construction the high-speed train tracks that will connect Barcelona with Madrid in just 3 hours, and that will connect with the European road network. By plane: Barcelona International Airport, El Prat, is 28 km from Sitges. There are daily flights to other cities in Spain and Europe; the air bridge guarantees a continuous connection to Madrid. Trains depart every thirty minutes from Sitges Station to El Prat de Llobregat where it connects with another train that reaches the same airport. Activities and attractions Sitges is synonymous with culture and is synonymous with sun and beach. In a quiet area of Sitges, in ground floor, this cosy and spacious loft, ideal for 4 people (suitable for 6), will offer you all the comfort you need for an unforgettable stay in Sitges. Completely renovated, the loft is composed by : - a sleeping area/bedroom with a bathroom - a living area with 2 confortable convertible sofas - a fully-equipped kitchen : fridge, dish washer, microwaves, toaster, coffee machiner... - a second bathroom with shower and toilets - a veranda for a perfect chill out Linen, towels, toilet paper and hair dryer provided. The beach, city center, and train station are all roughly equidistant, and all easily reached on foot. Several supermarkets, plus restaurants, bars, and shops are closer still. From the Barcelona Airport you can take : - the bus "Monbus" from terminal 1 (it takes 30 min from the T1 to Sitges-Avenida Sofia stop) - the train (with a change at Prat el Llobregat station) from the terminal 2. It take more or less 45 min from T2 to Sitges. - The taxi : 60€ the day and 70€ at night THERE IS NO PRIVATE PARKING. You can find a free parking in the streets, a few blocks from the loft. Free parking is where the ground marquing is white (if it is blue you have to pay). Here are the areas where you can find free parkings (at 10/15 min walking distance) : - Carrer Vitor de Balaguer, 23 (a lot of free places) : at 9 min walking distance - Passeig Vilanova from number 72 (behind the pharmacy) - Avenida Nuestra Senora Del Vinyet, from number 43 Public Parking in Avenida Sofia (but is quite expensive)
