Amazing. The view is splendid. The apto is too beautiful and super comfortable. The whole area of the apartment we were able to enjoy, swimming pool, space for children... Best place we ever stayed. The Super Gentle Host. We really want to stay two more days, but it's already booked. hahaha Let's go back and recommend it for sure.

Complete and comfortable apartment, condominium with all amenities (courts, swimming pool, sauna, restaurant), receptive host, beach of Toninhas very near, go on foot and clean, very close to the center of Ubatuba (10min by car) to stroll through the restaurants, commerce, crafts, etc.., several nearby beaches, it was a very pleasant week for our family.

It was amazing to spend those days in Porto Real at Alda apt. Condiz with everything on the listing posted and the apartment is impeccable. I hope I can come back more often and it has a wonderful view, outside the service and care that Alda has with its guests. Super recommend!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The stay was great, the apartment was very well structured, in environments, furniture, utensils, we were very comfortable, feeling at home. It had several details that made it very easy to stay, for example , offering toilet paper, sink soap.... The condominium is also great, the pools, game room.

Christina's apartment has a great location, the photos are very faithful to the apartment, it is very cozy and complete, the concierge staff are polite and kind we feel very comfortable, we stayed 5 days and we enjoyed a lot the praía was great. I spent 10 days feeling at home, I needed time and tranquility to work. Closed balcony with glass, it has a very nice landscape at night for green forest, in front of the building. Flat location, easy walk to the beach, functional building and everything very simple and easy to access. Ricardo was always attentive and proactive, and even managed to get an extra parking space for the weekend, as a courtesy. Flexible check-in and check-out, I definitely recommend it. The only problem we had during the stay was with the entrance on the street of the condominium, as it is a narrow street and no exit, so, at peak time, the entry and exit of the vehicle is a bit complicated.

Excellent apartment! Just like the photos. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for a good stay. The air-conditioning in the rooms is very good! It's too cold, lol; The leisure area of the condominium is indescribable, very good game room and the pool is wonderful. As for the beach, it is a tombo beach that needs attention because of the holes, but we managed to enjoy it without problems because Ronaldo gave us great tips. We enjoyed our stay and we intend to return for sure!

Excellent location, clean, good location, easy check-in and communication, air-conditioning works perfectly. It was super worth it. The only thing missing is that there is no filter in the kitchen, so you need to buy water.

The Apto do Marcelo is very comfortable and the photos perfectly describe the place. The condominium is extremely organized and has 2 pools, one being heated, it is a very pleasant space. The beach, although a little distant, is compensated for having chairs and umbrellas already assembled by the condominium. It was a perfect stay and I hope to return !
