el apartamento es muy bonito con una terraza agradable. las camas son muy cómodas. y core una brisa maravillosa en todo el apartamento, no hizo falta poner el aire. aún que haya una cuesta para subir de la playa o del centro, las vistas preciosas merece la pena. volveré sin dudas

Martijn and Willem are fantastic. They welcomed us very well and provided useful information on the area (beaches, supermarkets and places to eat in the evening). The house was perfect and had everything you needed and then...enjoy the pool🏊‍♂️. We hope to return to Casa Callas soon😊

A spacious modern apartment with a large balcony and fabulous view 100m down the street to the sea. It’s nearer to the sea than the photos show and the communal swimming pool was the best in fact the apt is in the very best part of Gandía. Cafe on corner served delicious breakfasts and snacks and the local Spar shop has a fantastic selection of fresh fish if you like cooking. We ate in once just to enjoy the balcony dining but mostly ate out in the good variety of local restaurants. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone

We booked this apartment because it included underground parking, but be aware it is first-come first-served and not a reserved space. The car park was full when we arrived (and spaces are tight with cars being bigger nowadays) but luckily someone left after 20 minutes so we used that space and did not dare move the car again during our stay. Once we were parked, it was great and a relief. Yana checking us in and out was very communicative and helpful.

Résidence très tranquille. .. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine dans un environnement bien entretenu. L'appartement est au top. Nous recommandons vivement !!!!

un fin de semana perfecto, el alojamiento es lo que buscaba,tranquilo y privacidad. teniendo muy cerca todo lo necesario para ir a la playa,restaurantes,ocio ,etc. Fernando es muy amable y pendiente en todo momento. recomendando totalmente para ir a disfrutar y desconectar a la cabaña.

We were very pleased with the location and accommodation. the only slight criticism would be the showers could do with an update.

La casa de Patricia es preciosa, decorada con mucho gusto y muy acogedora. La zona es tranquila, ideal para descansar, y la playa está a solo unos minutos caminando. Además, Patricia fue encantadora y siempre atenta a que todo estuviera perfecto. ¡Repetiría sin dudarlo!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Maison très typique et très bien située. Quartier agréable et proche des restaurants et du centre . C’est très agréable de pouvoir profiter des deux terrasses bien exposées et avec une très belle vue . Attention, les lits doubles ne sont pas larges .

¡100% recomendable! Nuestra estancia en la casa rural fue simplemente perfecta. Ana y su marido son unos anfitriones excepcionales: cercanos, atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar en cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. La casa es impresionante, amplia y con muchísimo encanto. Éramos un grupo de 13 amigos y tuvimos espacio de sobra. A pesar de ser invierno, la temperatura en el interior fue muy agradable en todo momento. Uno de los mayores placeres fue disfrutar de sus dos chimeneas en el enorme salón, creando un ambiente cálido y acogedor. Además, el entorno es una maravilla: en plena naturaleza, rodeado de una inmensa pinada ideal para rutas de senderismo. Si viajas con niños o mascotas, este lugar es perfecto. Sin duda, repetiremos cuando tengamos la oportunidad. Ha sido una experiencia inolvidable. ¡Gracias por todo! :)

Van 19 april tot en met 26 april hebben we mogen verblijven in dit prachtige huis. Het is werkelijk een paradijs. Alles is heel schoon en Victoria reageert snel en is heel erg vriendelijk. Goede bedden en heerlijk zwembad met prachtige verlichting in de avond. We zijn al in meerdere huizen geweest via Airbnb maar dit is wel het mooiste huis waar we zijn geweest, ook al heeft natuurlijk elk huis zijn charme. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Grote keuken met heel veel keukenbenodigdheden. Wij waren hier met zijn tweetjes, maar dit huis is zeer geschikt voor een gezin met kinderen of om met vrienden heen te gaan. This place was everything and more The check in was amazing with their friend greeting us and showing us around. The apartment was very well furnished and very clean. The hosts were easily contactable. The apartment made the trip will book again.

Le logement est conforme à la description et aux photos et est parfait pour un couple. La place de parking dans la résidence et le supermarché à moins de 5 minutes à pied sont de réels atouts. La terrasse était également très appréciable. Nous recommandons ce logement.

The apartment exceeded my expectations, much better than in the photo. The pool is great, new and big. Very close to the sea, tram stop, and convenient with a small child. I want to come back again. Also, the wonderful Hanna, who met us, gave good recommendations and told us about everything.

Sehr komfortable Wohnung für 8 Leute. Wenn 2 Leute auf der Couch schlafen wollen, könnten auch kurzzeitig 10 dort üernachten. 2 Toiletten und Badezimmer. Grill und Waschmaschine vorhanden. Dazu die exzellente Lage: Meerblick, aber es sind weniger als 5 Minuten von Wohnungstür bis zum Meer, und das auch nur, weil der Strand so groß ist. Die 12 Etage ermöglicht einen Traumhaften Blick, wir sind meistens die Treppen gelaufen, war kein Problem. Dazu Gandi: Perfekt gepflegter Strand, überall Restaurants mit angemessenen Preisen, die Altstadt ist ebenfalls schön und die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ausreichend (Auto ist dennoch für längere Strecken empfehlenswert).

Had a wonderful experience staying at this place! Everything was as described so no surprises there. I loved that everything was clean, had extra towels, did not find dust anywhere, and most of all, every appliance worked, including hot water, heater, windows/doors, etc. Well lit entrance and easy to find. The host was superb!! He went above and beyond, very responsive, helpful and very pleasant person. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Estuvimos genial en casa de Pablo, muy comunicativo, siempre pendiente de cada detalle. La ubicación es genial, ya que estás a 5 min andando de una playa fantástica, sin apenas gente y con actividades de vela, zona muy tranquila, supermercados y servicios de restauración cerca, el bar Mistral de camino a la playa sobre las 7 abre, buen café y gente maja. Si quieres moverte a Gandia, Dénia, Jávea, etc. es un paseo en coche. Recomiendo la casa de Pablo, sobretodo si vas buscando tranquilidad, desconexión, playa y restauración, un 10.

Estuvimos muy bien desde el primer día, llegamos y ya nos estaba esperando para enseñarnos el apartamento y darnos las llaves, durante la estancia se puso en contacto con nosotros para preguntar si necesitábamos algo y si todo estaba bien, la salida también genial, estaba a la hora acordada y no nos hizo esperar , sin duda si tenemos que volver a Benidorm será el primer apartamento que miraremos si está disponible
