I really enjoyed staying at the place. Very clean and quiet . I felt very comfortable staying there for the second time.

The cottage was super clean, (she uses non-toxic cleaning products, which I loved) and the bed was very comfortable. She left us some beautiful roses, citrus from her trees, some snacks, and breakfast items, which was a nice touch. It is located in a nice area with beautiful surroundings. It was perfect for our 2 night's stay! It was nice meeting Janene and her husband. Janene is a wonderful host and very meticulous! Thank you for the lovely stay! We will be back!

Absolutely perfect stay in Newport Beach! Location, location, location—we didn’t need to drive anywhere because everything was within walking distance: the beach, restaurants, shops—you name it. The Airbnb itself was fresh, clean, and had the perfect balance of feeling like home with the comfort of a hotel. It was stocked with everything we needed for both the room and our beach days. Would definitely stay here again!

Jessica’s place was great! The property was well kept and neat. The inside was clean, comfortable, and just as advertised. The neighborhood seemed decent. The instructions were clear and everything we needed was provided. Would definitely recommend to any small families wanting to stay close to Disney.

Absolutely beautiful space! It almost seems like you’re transported somewhere else, even another time. It was all great! And being one who usually avoids host interactions, Margarita and her husband couldn’t have been more welcoming. 10/10 would reco!

Angela’s place was perfect for my short getaway. The studio apartment is beautifully decorated and tucked away into a private area. It was very clean and organized with every amenity you could want in a studio apartment. Most importantly the bed was super comfortable and I slept extremely well during my stay even on the first night. It is very close to the beach as well as an upscale shopping and dining district. And… Angela is an excellent host. She gave me a ton of privacy while at the same time making sure I had everything I needed. I hope to stay at her place again soon!!

Great little place for someone who just needs a place to shower and sleep. No kitchen but there is a small fridge and microwave. The private patio is cozy and beautiful. I am definitely staying there again whenever I go to LA!

Rachel was an amazing host and had everything ready for us from beginning to end. The guest suite was super nice and cozy and she had amazing recommendations of places to eat and things to do. The WiFi was super fast in which was great for work. She also had many amenities and the whole place was super clean. Rachel was a super host, she had an amazing garden just outside our door. Thank you so much Rachel! Please guys, go stay in this spot it was great!

The studio was very stylish and cozy. Everything was easy to find and accessible. I did notice the place would shake from time to time. It think it’s due to the freeway behind the studio when 18 wheelers drive by. Other than that our stay was great and highly recommend this place to everyone.

The stay was very good! I wish the pool table and other activities was there but overall the air conditioning was sooo good I’m a person who just loves cold weather but that air was good and the hot water was sooo good after the pool definitely would book again.

Mary was a truly exceptional host, and her home was absolutely immaculate. We were in town for a soccer tournament and had hoped to spend more time enjoying her beautiful space, but the game schedule kept us on the go. Although we were disappointed not to stay longer, we’re already looking forward to returning! As a fellow host, I picked up some wonderful ideas from Mary’s attention to detail and warm hospitality. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable — your passion for travel and hosting really shone through, and we deeply appreciated your flexibility in accommodating us.

I love Lydia’s place. She was very communicative throughout the entire stay. I love the small basket of snacks left as well and the personable letterboard! I felt so welcome and the area was peaceful and not far from Sofi Stadium. I also loved that there were a few small essentials that you wouldn’t think of bringing there too! I also can’t forget the backyard hammock with an awesome view! This stay was absolutely phenomenal.

Nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité (concernant le voisinage ou les autres locataires) et sans soucis nous avons pu aller courir chaque matin de notre séjour. Le quartier est calme, propre et agréable. Dès l’arrivée, les instructions sont claires et précises. Le parking est très spacieux, les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Denisse est très réactive et s’il faut intervenir pour quelque raison que ce soit, c’est fait très rapidement. Elle s’est montrée très compréhensive. Étant donné que nous sommes une famille de très grands, l’espace pour manger était petit mais avec un peu d’organisation on s’en sortait. Le logement est proche des parks d’attraction et il était très agréable de rentrer assez vite après une longue journée d’activité. Merci beaucoup.

Was very pleasant and comfortable, homey apartment with Sunny windows. Instructions were very clear. Bedroom and bathroom area were clean and comfortable. I was a little worried about disturbing the other occupants at night but it was nice to have our own side entrance that made this less of an issue. Neighborhood is very quiet, do need to drive to get food etc.

Wonderful stay! The place was full of natural sunlight, cozy, and full of thoughtful touches (snacks, dry shampoo, beach towels, etc) that made us feel right at home. Hosts were very responsive. Highly recommend!

If you're considering this place, don't hesitate to make your reservation! The home is so inviting. Jonathan's parents Reyna and Phillip stay on site downstairs. They make you feel so welcomed and comfortable with their kindness and hospitality. The photos of the place are already so nice but they don't do it justice. The whole living space is clean and spacious. The flooring is beautiful. There are two restrooms. 1 full and one half bath making it so convenient with large groups. The beds are comfortable with their layered blankets. There are beautiful balconies and wall to wall books to enjoy. I could go on and on. They also provide snacks and beverages for their guests. It is such a well thought out and generous presentation. They have lots of towels readily available. We would definitely stay here again. It is also a great location, just a few minutes away from eateries and local shopping.

We enjoyed our stay for a weekend trip to Disney. It is about a 30 minute drive to the parking structure if anyone else is planning to visit the parks. The host was very responsive and the place was clean and comfortable.

The space was cozy, comfortable, and exactly what I needed to reset and recharge. Ida was a fantastic host, responsive, thoughtful, and made everything effortless. Our stay at Ellen’s place was wonderful:) Studio is equipped with all you can possibly need. On top of that organic coffee, cheeses and champagne made our days and evenings even more special 🥰 Location is perfect!! 10steps from the beach and walking distance to everything(park, tennis courts, grocery store, restaurant, pier). We did not use a car at all while visiting! Last but not least, hosts are very lovely people who welcome you with open arms! Thank you, A&S

Quiet and clean place to stay at. You also have a lot to eat and shop near by and the location is perfect for any Disney or other amusement parks. Loved the parking space and host is very communicative I recommend 100 % you will feel right at home.

Had a wonderful experience staying here while we visited family. The place is so nice and very clean. Jin is excellent at communicating. We love staying at this airbnb.
