Custom Craftsman With Hot Tub Close to Ocean

Pass through the electronic gate and private entrance and indulge in the complimentary snacks on the fold-out leaf table. Fine interior touches include antique heirloom artwork and a serving tray, while outside 2-level seating and a fire pit await. We follow rigorous cleaning and sanitizing protocols from the CDC during COVID-19. We ventilate rooms, wash hands frequently, wear gloves, clean, then disinfect with bleach or 70% alcohol. Our cleaning crew focuses on frequently touches surfaces, incl light switches, doorknobs, remote controls, and faucets, and wash all linens at highest heat. Attention to detail prevails throughout the apartment. The craftsman style space includes custom cabinets, high/vaulted ceilings, granite counter tops and walk-in closet. Established trees can be viewed from the master bedroom picture window and private deck which gives the space a tree house effect. The space can comfortably fit up to 4 guests. We will provide a variety of organic breakfast items including coffee, orange juice, milk, cream, half & half, cereal, fruit, yogurt and breads/pastries. Wine will be available upon request. Guests have an electronic gate and their own private entrance.Guests have access to their own deck, complete kitchen and laundry facilities. Interaction with guests will be kept to a minimum in order to respect their privacy, however, we will be happy to assist any way possible to provide a great experience. We live in a separate location on site so we will be present during the guests stay. We love our neighborhood! If you love craftsman, California bungalow, custom and historical homes this is the place. There are parks, the Colorado Lagoon, Marine Stadium, 2nd Street with shops and great restaurants, and of course the beach all within walking distance. There are a variety of farmer's markets and in the summer local concerts in the park. There is public transportation (buses) nearby. There is plenty of street parking. We are conveniently located between LAX (25 minutes), Orange County (SNA) Airport (20 minutes) and Long Beach Airport (10 minutes). PLEASE BE AWARE OF STREET SWEEPING DAYS!! SIGNS ARE POSTED FOR THURSDAY AND FRIDAY AM STREET SWEEPING. Easy to access. Comfortable and homely and looks exactly like the photos. There were a significant amount of spiders & dirt on the walls throughout the home but overall the home appeared neat & clean. Parking is scarce if you have more than one vehicle get to the location early.

Lauren’s place is beautifully decorated, full of light (on 3 sides) and we felt right at home. She had a welcome basket for us, many interesting books, a speaker etc… the gardens around the condo are wonderful and full of flowers. The spas and pools are also great but you need to check with Lauren before abt the access.

The location was perfect for us. It’s about one mile from downtown Orange with plenty of restaurants to pick from. There was an Albertson’s about a three minute walk (with a Starbucks inside). The furniture was really nice. The only thing we missed was a table to eat at. Luckily, the weather was pretty good so we could eat at the table on the balcony which had plenty of space, We’ll definitely return when visiting relatives again.

Me and my one year old stayed here for two days. The place was exactly as described. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It's about a 3 minute walk from the beach and the place also has some beautiful art. The bathrooms were very nice and spacious and so was the kitchen.

I throughly enjoyed my time at Liv's bungalow. It was very clean, decorated adorably (cozy) and she was so sweet to include a few refreshments for my late arrival/breakfast the following morning. (It was a huge help! Thank you!) I had reached out to her prior to my trip for some recommendations on groceries near by and she kindly printed out and left the recommendations for me on the coffee table. I was grateful for the a/c during the day and the heat during the cool evenings accompanied by a great selection of cozy blankets and pillows. It definitely felt like home and a place I wanted to bring my family back with me. I was sad to leave!

The washer & dryer being in the unit was a complete game changer for a vacation with a toddler - no more worries about running out of clean clothes. Rebecca even provided us with a bassinet without us even asking. I highly recommend her place and we’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

I had a lovely stay at this property in Laguna Beach. The home was impeccably clean, which I really appreciated. The pool area was absolutely beautiful—such a peaceful and relaxing space to unwind. I loved all the flowers 🌺 However, I did find the communication a bit confusing. There were several co-hosts involved, and I often wasn’t sure who I was speaking with. It made the experience feel a little impersonal. There are 5 different hosts/cohosts on this listing. That said, the place itself was wonderful and very well maintained. My daughter and I enjoyed every moment. Thank you for a great stay!
