You sure will love the peace and quiet that the home offers. We also like to stay in touch with our guests. The closes beach to Ixtapa is roughly 7 minutes away by car. There are taxi services that will pick you up outside the condo or if your prefer, close to the condo there is a bus stop We are pleased waiting for your reservation

La casa de Raquel es muy linda y es exactamente como se anuncia. Tienes todas las cosas necesarias y anunciadas en su página, television con Netflix, cocina sumamente equipada, aire acondicionado agua caliente y está sumamente limpia. La casa es preciosa en estilo mexicano y con una alberca privada y grande. El lugar es hermoso y precioso para descansar y tener unas grandes vacaciones en familia. La playa está a 20 m de la casa es muy bella y con poca gente. Los atardeceres son espectaculares. La atención fue increíble. Gracias por una excelente estancia.

El lugar está con buena ubicación a 2 Cuadras de playa muy seguro bonito todo le funcionaba bien le falta mantenimiento a los mosquiteros de 2 ventanas pintura en algunos closet peq detalles estéticos pero solo si me quedara a vivir la exigiría . le faltó como gran detalle papel de baño. Lo bueno es q la tienda está super cerca..pero eso no le resta la estancia es muy acogedora ,bonita y le quedan cerca todos los lugares para comprar. tienen servicio de conserje los cuales orientan y cuidan bien los autos y muy amables educados.

5 of us shared this space for a sibling reunion. 2 upstairs King rooms had an even more spectacular view than the downstairs room. The kitchen space was excellent and the patio dining area was in the shade and had plenty of comfortable seating. Bed linens and towels were very clean and comfortable. Large jugs of bottled water were placed on the convenient dispenser. The location right on the beach with a beautiful pool and extra outdoor shower made coming off the beach very comfortable. The entire complex was beautifully maintained by staff, and the cleaning crew every other day was accommodating, thorough, and easy going. We had the peaceful rest we wanted on a gorgeous and quiet beach with plenty of great restaurants right nearby. Also, rock-free ocean was found immediately to the right of the property, with the ability to take long beach walks all along the coast. While the complex had several units and we shared the pool with other residents, all were quiet and pleasant. 5-star!

Beautiful, comfortable house. Private, quiet and safe area. The street is not named so it took a few minutes to find the first time. We had Google move the address provided to the gate you need to drive through so should be easier for future visitors. It's the only house on the street. Easiest to rent a car here. Restaurants and beaches are close but not close enough to want to walk in the June heat. Gabino, the caretaker, lives in an apartment downstairs and is always available when needed. For the price, we expected things to operate without us needing to ask like turning the hot water on, fixing the dishwasher, A/C units and wifi. We had a lot of cold showers, loud or leaking A/C units and wifi too slow to watch a video or open a webpage but Gabino miraculously fixed everything when asked. We should have asked for fixes much sooner. The pool is the perfect depth for kids and is right outside the living room which is amazing for watching them easily. Overall a great stay!
