Prime location in the heart of downtown: Perfect for exploring everything on foot: Main beach 5 min, municipal market 4 min, restaurants and bars around. It is a vibrant area full of Mexican life, ideal for those looking for action, but with some nighttime street noise and local music (as in any tourist center). If you are looking for total silence, consider options further away. There is currently construction work, with noise from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. It is not constant or nocturnal.
