Homer is a very friendly, and flexible person. The cabin is rustic but beautiful and comfortable. As it is elevated it feels like being in a little house on the trees Excellent view of the trees in the salad, it was not very pleasant. Very spacious beds and comfortable mattresses. Because of the location, the place feels secluded. However, by car one quickly reaches the beaches, Ixtapa or the town of San Jose. There were some mosquitoes, but the bedrooms have mosquito nets. It is a place where one can save well and enjoy the beaches.

Very comfortable and well located in a private and secure place, close to the main beach and many others, such as Playa larga, Playa Linda, and more. Damián's communication was very good and proactive, always in touch and facilitating our stay

You can't beat the location, it is truly the best! You are literally on the beach. The house is super simple but has everything you need. The kitchen is a bit lacking so don't plan to cook a feast there. Beds are comfy and Laura who takes care of the place is just the best!

The place is everything it promises, it is clean and safe and has great amenities like A/C and wifi! The hosts are always beautiful people who are always willing to help you, Doña Rosa, Don Ruben and Doña Evi are always very attentive. It is not so close to the beach and it is important to note that to get to it you have to cross a boat and walk several meters. But it is part of the adventure! If you don't have a topic with that, I highly recommend this place.

This is a beautiful place, in an amazing location on a hill overlooking the town with an expansive ocean view. You can see sunrise over the forested hills and sunset over the waves from the balcony. Ashley is a fantastic host, very good about communicating and super accommodating. Can't wait to come back!

Villas Victoria was a great place to stay. We stayed in the bungalows and in a bigger room with a full kitchen area and living space. The bungalow has a little private pool and a great view of Ixtapa. Would 100% stay here again on my next visit.

We had a great stay at the bungalow. Adan was super helpful getting us there and checked in. He was also very attentive for any needs we had and gave us loads of helpful info for our stay. The bungalow is a very short walk to the surf and the Marea restaurant. Thanks Adan and crew.

Our stay was wonderful! So nice to have a little place to come home to every day that was private and peaceful. Loved the neighborhood people and beautiful birds(never intrusive but great for watching and listening!). Closeish restaurants and things to do good for people with a car bike or wanting a nice walk each day! Highly recommend!!

The cabin is far from the road and the tourist area, which is a super plus if you're looking to rest and disconnect. Ideal for going with your partner. No noise, it's very comfortable. The price is fair if you take into consideration the size and privacy of your stay. Photographs match as advertised. The first day we were greeted by Mr. Homer, who accompanied us to the entrance of the cabin and explained the amenities. The remaining days we were taken care of by Jafart and his mother, everyone is very friendly. A vehicle is a vehicle to get to the tourist sites. A very nice thing are the deer farms (in order to preserve the species), Jafart explained the care they take and their feeding. As it is in the middle of the mangrove, it is necessary to take care of the mosquitoes at night, inside the cabin there is no problem.
