We had a great time staying in Ixtapa, everything was as advertised and more. Especially the view, incredible. Maria Elena and Denise were fantastic, they responded very quickly to a concern we had about construction next door and they resolved the issue quickly. The only downside was they closed the beach in front of the hotel at 10:00pm, which seemed ridiculous. Not sure how you can close a beach. Besides that, everything was fantastic, we will definitely stay there again.

It is a very comfortable and pleasant villa for long stays. We stayed a week but we could have stayed months without a doubt!!! We bought groceries for breakfast for a few days there, other days we went out. The square with many restaurants and shops is less than a 10-minute walk or a couple of minutes by car, as is Palmar Beach. We go from Playa Blanca to Troncones every day!!! Felipe and Tere are very friendly and helpful. I didn't speak to Hector or Martin (co-hosts) as it wasn't necessary, but they answered what I asked them at the time. Highly recommended stay, we will gladly return!!!

The stay was pleasant for the whole family, just be careful in the rooms because we found a scorpion. Wilson told us that they had fumigated but since they are building next door, they sneak in. Petr's attention and the staff is outstanding, the lagoon is an ideal place to be with dogs and do Paddle Board with spectacular views. The beach is to go to spend the day without vendors and few people, but with the restaurant to eat delicious food. We remain enchanted!

The apartment is located in an excellent area. Excellent service from Mario and the support staff. A very clean and spacious place. The beach area was clear, unlike the two adjacent hotels, which means that there was some privacy. The service at the pool and restaurant is very, very good. There was no need to go out and look for other places to eat. I will definitely be back, Mario is an excellent host, always attentive to our questions.
