The apartment is extremely spacious, with all the amenities, the view is very good, the bedroom has its own bathroom, its spacious and well equipped kitchen, ideal for families, access is very easy, there is an oxxo 30 meters from the condominium. The pool is spacious and always clean, security and parking without any problem. I recommend it to 100.

An excellent place, I would definitely stay at the place again, everything is very nice, comfortable, easy access.

Love the place. The view was amazing. The kitchen could do with more cooking items like big bowls., better utensils, cooking sheets. A little disappointed they did not provide garbage bags or other cleaning products other than dish soap. Overall the place was amazing so amazing we extended our stay. We will definitely come back

The house is excellent, as is the location. The area is very quiet and with easy access to the beach. Mrs. Jazmin is an excellent person, very attentive to the details and with very good recommendations. We loved the place, we will be back soon!!

Spectacular oceanfront home with helpful owner and staff. Infinity edge pool and beach access were highlights with a fabulous, comfortable patio and well-appointed kitchen. The Casa is very private and quiet, and safety was never a concern. 10 minute walk to the world-class surf break at Playa La Saladita. There is not alot of development or many amenities in the immediate area which for us added to the charm and authentic feel of the area. There are several casual restaurants with sunset views in the little town of La Playa Saladita with some more upscale options 20 minutes away in the town of Troncones. Can't wait to come back!

This is it! The place you want/need to be if you are looking for beauty, peace, privacy and relaxation. This is our second visit and will definitely be back. Victor Manual is fantastic and all of his recommendations are spot on. We love everything about this place and property!

The view of the place is spectacular I loved the apartment is just like the photos and with equipped kitchen for what you need, I loved the area since you find the surroundings oxxos, Walmart, restaurants very quiet and busy area. Eduardo was always attentive and very accessible. The only detail is that in the Lobby of the condominium the staff who work there is very apt, people mule, zero friendly. The condominium has a swimming pool and is always very clean and with its maintenance. I definitely come back and highly recommend it.

AWESOME! The accommodation is perfect, throughout my stay I did not have a single setback and Dian was always attentive to what we could need, it is located in the Java Tower which is the last of the residential, which is a plus since the POOL is a few steps away and is the most quiet and people-free, the BEACH is not immediate but enough you request in the Lobby de la Torre a truck that takes you and returns in 5 minutes you are there, in the pool area there is a snack restaurant and drinks at quite reasonable prices. KITCHEN is very equipped to prepare everything you need, extremely comfortable LIVING ROOM and DINING room, the living room is a delight and everything in excellent condition, in addition to counting very good sized TV, Super comfortable ROOMS with the perfect amount of pillows, the bunk is matrimonial so it becomes even more comfortable, BATHROOMS two complete very clean. I 100% recommend this place, it was a very pleasant stay! It exceeded my expectations!

Victor was very attentive, we liked the pool and beach, since it was high season there were not many people, but the air conditioning needs maintenance and the entire apartment in general

We have stayed here several times because: The condo area is extremely well kept and the pool is wonderful. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach. The kitchen is a working kitchen. The arrangement of the condo is good. The cleaners are excellent. Gladys is very quick to help if needed.

Oscar's place is amazing, a paradise. It has everything you might need, and more, for a super comfortable stay with the whole family. The place is amazing, the beach club is beautiful, and the pool is perfect. Really super recommended to go with children and adults, you feel at home. The condo is beautiful and the view is incredible! The pictures don't do it justice! The pools are amazing and the property is clean and well kept. Very beautiful. It's right near the marina. There are a few places to eat right near the condo, and even more places within a 10-15 minute walk. Miguel and Carla (the property managers) were great to work with and all of the front desk staff at the condo were super helpful. A few of the amenities were not in the condo when we arrived, but Saif quickly got ahold of the property managers who resolved the issue the next morning. The safe in the condo did not work and we notified both Saif and the property manager. Just a heads up if you go, the safe was not fixed by the time we checked out. All in all a great place.

The apartment is very nice, as shown in the photos. The location is unbeatable, as it is in a central area, with an OXXO a few steps away, as well as restaurants, pharmacies and shops nearby. Everything I needed was just around the corner. The building staff is very friendly and always willing to help you, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The host was attentive to all my needs at all times, which is greatly appreciated
