A very nice and clean house. The spaces are ideal for a family or going out with friends. The host was very friendly and helpful. He resolved all our doubts. In addition to being very flexible with schedules. We will definitely be back here.

the house was to my liking, some cleaning issues but nothing serious, a spotlight was melted and I think that was important, because it was the one on the stairs. The house is just like the photos and description, it does not have air conditioning but we do not feel so hot (we visited in March week 1), the bathrooms clean, the kitchen with everything to prepare a meal, breakfast or dinner. The oven, the stove, the cooler all in good condition. Gonzalo was always very attentive and the area is very quiet, it is a very large subdivision and there are few houses occupied, which makes it very quiet, the pool is large, ideal for children and adults. Susy's house is very nice and cozy, just as it is in the photos. It has all the health measures so we were with all the confidence. For the pool there are schedules for each house, so we were able to have it just for ourselves. Susy is available for any questions, always available

Sandra was always on the lookout during our stay and is very friendly. The house has everything you need to spend a vacation in a comfortable and quiet place. Everything in the house works well. I recommend it.

It was a magnificent experience, from contact and communication with Gonzalo to getting to the accommodation and seeing everything it offered. Gonzalo provided us with clear instructions on how to get there, the rules of the place and recommended activities and places to visit, and was always attentive to anything we need. The accommodation has all the necessary amenities, there is an Oxxo and places to buy food at a short distance if a vehicle is not carried. Likewise, the amenities with more that the place has, such as the pool, terrace with barbecue, a spectacular view, among others, make it the perfect place if looking to disconnect from work and relax. We only had a topic with the internet during the last night that we were there, but being something very punctual, I think it was the subject of the service provider and not a problem of another kind.

The House is in a great location with lots of security. It is a very nice, comfortable and spacious house with all the amenities working at 100. The host was always attentive to us from when we arrived until our departure. She is a cordial and empathetic person as we had some doubts and responded promptly and positively. Highly recommended. We would definitely be back

Fantastic Villa, very clean, everything works at 100, with everything needed in the kitchen and rooms to spend a good time as a family, a very safe place and you can walk to the shops, super, Playa Palmar, and in addition the pool and its surroundings are very nice, clean and relaxing to read, rest, take a nap, 100% recommended

The house is very nice, the place is very well cared for and we were very happy. A great location, very close to the sea and the tourist area. The size of the house is very good and practical I exceed our expectations. Gerardo was available at all times for what we needed and the toilet person did it very well. An excellent accommodation, it has all the services included, good Wi-Fi, nice for people and pets, and the location allows you to move quickly towards Tonatico and Ixtapan de la Sal. It takes your own car to arrive, no combis going up to the place.

Beautiful house, spacious and clean, the stay was pleasant the place is very quiet with 24 hour surveillance, the only issue was the internet however it was satisfactorily resolved, very friendly host

We were looking for a budget house with a pool because we went to a wedding and Maricela's house was excellent... it was spacious , good price , clean and Maricela was always attentive to what we need. The pool is not private and you have to walk a little but everything was very good.

We have returned to Lina's house twice and we always end up satisfied, excellent accommodation, very cozy, clean, and we always have a very comfortable time.
