Excellent to spend with friend and family, super spacious and comfortable, the attention was 10/10 we had a party and we never had problems with the neighbors. Everything was very nice I would definitely wash it again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was much more than we expected! We wanted to spend a quiet, relaxing vacation in a place with few people right on the beach, and it was just like that. The condo is very nice, and the facilities are very well maintained. Thanks to Gonzalo, Jessi and all the staff, the girls, the guy and the man for always being so kind and helpful with everything. Gonzalo thought of leaving us everything we could use in his apartment, which made our stay very comfortable. We had a barbecue on the beach. Although it was high season, we never felt crowded. There were few of us. The guests who go are friendly and polite people. We almost always had the pool to ourselves. The sea was super clear, you could see fish and little animals, the sand was full of shells. And at night the stars are impressive. We visited nearby beaches such as La Saladita, Troncones, and Playa Majahua, and although they all had their own charm, our favorite place was to stay in Nerea. Would definitely go back! Thank you!!

Miguel, Erica and Damien were fantastic! We had such a relaxing and wonderful time. The house was exactly what we needed. The breeze, whales dolphins and the ocean views cannot be beat. Releasing the turtles is a must experience. The food within walking distance was great, not a bad meal to be had. Erica cooked us 2 meals- chilaquiles and our fresh-caught fish tacos. Miguel shared many great stories about his life and friends in the area which added a personal touch. Highly recommended in every way! We can't wait to come back. Thank you so much Copichocho!

Alexander was attentive and checked in regularly to make sure everything was going well throughout our stay. The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating to our large group. Celene is an amazing chef, and everything she cooked was delicious! Francisco was always making sure we were enjoying ourselves and offered to get us whatever we needed. The home and pool are beautiful and clean. On top of that, you can’t beat having the ocean view as your backyard while on vacation. I recommend waking up early to watch the sunrise. It’s such a serene and peaceful experience. Our family would definitely come back. Highly recommend! Thank you!

Amazing place to relax and spend quality time with your pets. Unparalleled sunsets and views, a clean pool, comfortable lounge chairs assigned per room so you don't have to be saving or fighting over them. The room is comfortable, clean, with everything you need to rest, prepare food if you bring it, functional appliances. Melissa is always very helpful and kind, she was always available for any eventuality and allowed us to leave a little later as there were no guests that day after us, which is always greatly appreciated. We'll definitely be back.

Casa Lily is our “go to” when we surf at Saladita! We’ve stayed here numerous times and it’s always a clean, comfortable, and reliable experience. Angelina is wonderful and takes such good care of the house while her son Angel keeps the grounds and pool in great shape. Casa Lily is a 5 minute walk to point where you paddle out, so it’s close but not too close. The property is very private and we always feel safe and secure. We’re already looking on the calendar for our next trip down to Saladita and Casa Lily!

The house is spectacular! Herminia, Marisol, Leticia and Gerardo are great people, very friendly, always attentive and above all super cordial The house is super quiet and has everything you could possibly need! Herminia cooks exquisite food. Be sure to try the fish ceviche, it's delicious! Having the beach a few steps away is a luxury! We had amazing days for swimming!! And the tennis court is an extra luxury! It's a lot of fun! Maybe it just needs lighting to be able to play at night! But really Cristóbal and his entire team are great people and above all they make you feel at home Thank you for everything!! We had a great time and I would definitely spend my vacation with them again!

Great place awesome more then what we expected

Beautiful house, everything to feel relaxed. We really enjoyed the private pool and all its facilities. Reyna and Marcelino were very helpful with us, they were attentive to what we needed, Reyna cooks delicious food. We are definitely planning a return soon. Thank you Maria, for everything!

Everything was perfect, a stay with the family where we enjoyed ourselves a lot, the villa was very nice, very comfortable and with a great view. The residential development staff, the club and the Chef are first-class. Totally recommended

Claudia (and Claudia) were great hosts. As described, the home is up the hill from playa la ropa so it’s probably smart to have a car. There are taxis available but it’s a hot, sweaty walk up the hill even if you’re fit. The three things that really stand out are the pool, the view, and especially Claudia the housekeeper/cook. She was kind and responsive to our needs. She made a wonderful Mexican breakfast every morning and kept the place clean and tidy. We had a great stay!

We had a great time in Troncones. The house, amenities, cleanliness and space were just what we needed. We were a family of 9 so the place was more than enough for us. Eric was very attentive to messages and answered my questions, and Jonathan was exceptional at responding to messages. I would come back to this place without any problem. I read some comments that there was a lack of space for large groups, or that the entrance to the beach was not very good, and the truth is that for my whole family everything worked perfectly. My 75-year-old mother was able to go to the beach several times alone from the house without any problem, although you have to be careful because the last steps are made of stone without finishing and are not level. Maybe if they put a railing thinking of our elderly loved ones, it would be great. We hired a local family to cook for us and the truth is that it went very well - fresh food and local seasoning. Thank you for everything Jonathan and Eric.

Wendy and Peter's place is heaven on earth.. and I Wendy and Peter's place is heavenly. The location is beachfront on a quiet beach between Playa Blanca and Barra de Potosi and you will fall asleep to waves crashing. I have never seen more spectacular sunsets anywhere. The rooms are gorgeous and thoughtfully equipped with everything you may need. Peter and Wendy are the best hosts on AirBnB. I received helpful and necessary information in advance from Wendy. She and Pete are kind, fun and helpful with EVERYTHING from start to finish.. They stay on the property so if you need help, you can always find them and guarantee you will be greeted with a smile. We spent ten days at their paradise, arrived home yesterday and I already cannot wait to return. No better place to stay in the Zihuatanejo area. Book this place...you won't regret it.

An amazing place Debbie was very responsive and was on the lookout the whole time. we matched some Sacramento couples who were wonderful. the pool is amazing, the beds are very comfortable. everything was communal description. the fair price for everything I offered. it's worth it, it will be a favorite mini-plug from here on.

Shelley’s place is exactly as described. It is a wonderful place to watch and listen to the waves. The beach is beautiful, very clean, and great to walk. It is peaceful and not at all overrun with tourists, which makes it feel secluded and safe. One thing that is not mentioned in other reviews is that the house is directly behind the airport. When planes take off is can be quite startling the first few times you hear it, as they are very close when flying over the house. The good news is that it takes less than 30 seconds for them to get out over the ocean and then the noise is gone. It took a little while to get used to it, but once we did it became a non issue. Plus the fact the the flights are few and far between and do not happen early in the morning or late at night makes it even more tolerable. It would not keep us from returning!

We enjoyed our stay. The beach club was a bonus along with the restaurant.

Rachel's place is the perfect beach getaway. We loved being on the ground level, with the waves crashing right outside the floor to ceiling folding glass doors. The unit feels very private, and it's a convenient distance to the pool and the main entrance. It's well furnished with beachy decor, and the kitchen and bath(s) are nicely stocked with essentials. Punte Majahua (the complex) is tucked into the quiet, charming village of La Majahua, which has several walkable beach restaurants, and within a short distance of the village of Troncones. Rachel's team was very helpful and attentive!

Edgar and his family are very attentive to everything to have a pleasant stay. It is a very nice accommodation, super comfortable, very clean, quiet, close to Playa Blanca. It is as shown in the photos, with a good ocean view. There is a nearby restaurant with home delivery service to order breakfast, lunch or dinner, although it has a gas grill on the second floor and first floor in case you like to heat or prepare your food. Bathroom on the first floor and second floor with hot water. The beds and pillows are clean and comfortable, as are the sofa beds in the living room. The internet service is good, it has a very good signal. Refrigerator on the first floor and second floor to cool drinks or store food. It has ample parking. It's super close to the beach for a walk or a run.

The house is excellent, as is the location. The area is very quiet and with easy access to the beach. Mrs. Jazmin is an excellent person, very attentive to the details and with very good recommendations. We loved the place, we will be back soon!!

5 of us shared this space for a sibling reunion. 2 upstairs King rooms had an even more spectacular view than the downstairs room. The kitchen space was excellent and the patio dining area was in the shade and had plenty of comfortable seating. Bed linens and towels were very clean and comfortable. Large jugs of bottled water were placed on the convenient dispenser. The location right on the beach with a beautiful pool and extra outdoor shower made coming off the beach very comfortable. The entire complex was beautifully maintained by staff, and the cleaning crew every other day was accommodating, thorough, and easy going. We had the peaceful rest we wanted on a gorgeous and quiet beach with plenty of great restaurants right nearby. Also, rock-free ocean was found immediately to the right of the property, with the ability to take long beach walks all along the coast. While the complex had several units and we shared the pool with other residents, all were quiet and pleasant. 5-star!
