Therefore, we are required to request a record of travelers, which is sent to the police website. - No PETS permitted. - No PARTIES or annoying noises are allowed for neighbors. - Failure to comply with these sections will be grounds for cancellation of the contract. - Please DO not SMOKE in the apartment or with the windows open, nor on the staircase of the building. If they smoke, the smell of tobacco remains in the house and we will need a special cleaning and airing the floor for hours, so we will lose heat in the house.
