The house is always rented complete, and consists of two independent apartments and a common kitchen. The apartments and kitchen open onto a large porch that connects the three rooms. Apartment 1 has two bedrooms with a double bed, a living room, and a bathroom. Apartment 2 has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two beds, and a bathroom.

Be careful with your mobility because there are many slopes in the village and stairs in the house. During summer on the "terrace" there may be flies and smells of cattle because there is a goat pen nearby. You can park or use the small parking lot of Las Espeñuelas for loading and unloading, which is 15 meters from the house, but first make sure you can drive.
