Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Costa Cálida

We stayed for a month at this apartment and it felt like home. Very clean, comfortable beds, everything you will need. Old Spanish style, but homely. Great location and view, easy walk into town. Great bars and restaurants nearby. Our favourite was the New Bollywood Indian restaurant. Excellent food and great value! Excellent communication with Maria the host and made us feel at home. Would recommend.

Mein Aufenthalt mit Baby (10Monate) war sehr angenehm. Es gibt alles, was man benötigt (Hochstuhl, Beistellbett, Geschirr, Rolläden zum Abdunkeln, Waschmaschine, Steckdosen außer Reichweite von krabbelnden Kindern). Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Terrassen toll gelegen, Klima/Heizung funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Schränke großzügig. In der Umgebung gibt es genügend Parkplätze, einen fußläufigen Supermarkt sowie einen Kinderspielplatz. Auch der Strand ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Die Kommunikation vor Ort sowie mit den Eigentümern funktioniert zuverlässig und reibungslos und war stets freundlich. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen gerne wieder!

L'appartamento è cosi come viene descritto. La zona è ottima perchè si può raggiungere tante spiagge. Noi siamo arrivati tardi e i loro genitori ci hanno dato le chiavi. Sono gentilissimi. Raccomando questo appartamento. Per fare la spesa hai Mercadona, Lidl e Aldi e 2 negozi dei cinesi se vi manca qualcosa per la spiaggia.

Justo lo que necesitabamos, pequeño pero confortable. Cerca a la playa y piscina. Contestaba enseguida a nuestras inquietudes. Seguro que volveremos. Gracias

Und hat der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung extrem gut gefallen. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und werden gerne wieder kommen. Eine absolute Empfehlung für diese Wohnung!

We stayed in the apartment in Murcia for one week at the end of February 2025, arriving by train from Valencia. The flat is located only a few minutes walk from the train station - very convenient for day trips that we took to Cartagena and Alicante (both recommended). Oscar was super easy to reach and interact with. He met us on arrival and explained everything about the apartment and Murcia in general. Oscar was very engaging and went above and beyond taking time to answer all of our questions. He also booked a taxi for us on our departure day, as we were taking a bus to Malaga. Exceptional hosting! The apartment is well laid out and outfitted. The decor is modern and ecclectic. Mattress is firm - which is what we like. No balcony, but there's a rooftop space to hang your wash. Location is great. There's a grocery store on the corner as you exit the building, and much more on offer close by in barrio El Carmen. The historic centre is an easy walk (10 minutes), just over the river. T

El apartamento es muy bonito y tiene todos los detalles muy cuidados. Nos costó un poco encontrarlo porque el acceso al garaje está en una zona que el GPS se hace un poco de lío pero gracias a las indicaciones del anfitrión lo solventamos rápidamente. El apartamento está al lado de la playa, hay restaurantes que están muy bien y muy cerca, tiendas, de todo. Una zona muy tranquila, ideal para familias.

En pocas palabras, increíble alojamiento. En primer lugar darle las gracias a Irene por su paciencia con nosotros, nos demoramos en la llegada e igualmente estuvo atenta, servicial y muy educada. En cuanto al alojamiento, sin palabras, nos encantó, todo limpisimo, super ordenado y espacioso. Increíble lo moderno que es, se nota que está reformado con cariño. Sin duda alguna, recomendable al 200%. Gracias por acogernos.

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

It was our first time using Air bnb and Hakan made our experience perfect and it’s something we will definitely do again. Hakan met us at the airport, gave us a welcome bottle of fizz and took us to the property stopping for us to pick up some essentials for our stay on the way. What a great service & host was my first impression. Showed us the property and how to use the cooker, washing machine etc. Gave us several restaurant recommendations in the local area. The location is perfect, the property is lovely & ideal for a family of four with the swimming pool opposite as well. We are already planning to visit again and will use this property. Wonderful and comfortable place. Very spacious and packed with everything you need for an excellent stay. It is within walking distance of downtown and near all the attractions but on a quiet area. The garage is a most welcome feature. If you have a car, the beaches recommended by the host are a few Km away and worth the travel. Would definitely come back.

Magnifique villa, très bien entretenue, avec piscine privée. Possibilité d'avoir une piscine chauffée, ce qui est vraiment un plus pendant la période hivernale. Aménagement de la villa impeccable, tout est bien pensé pour le bien-être des locataires. Quartier calme à proximité des commerces, des restaurants, etc.... Très bon contact avec le propriétaire, très réactif et aux petits soins. Séjour formidable à deux reprises. Je recommande +++

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus in Gran Alacant! Die Unterkunft war perfekt für unsere Familie. Der Pool war ein Highlight, besonders für die Kinder, und die schöne Terrasse hat uns viele gemütliche Abende im Freien beschert. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist modern, sehr geschmackvoll und es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können dieses Haus wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Es un buen atico, muy amplio y con buenas vistas a las piscinas, el bloque esta bien situado a la entrada y muy tranquilo, no te encuentras con nadie en los espacios comunes, y el anfitrion esta siempre pendiente de su inquilino y es muy amable y servicial.

Aunque está al final de la manga y se hace un poco pesado ir por el tráfico, merece la pena. La zona es muy bonita, tranquila y con un buen baño en la playa. La casa es espectacular, muy cómoda y con unas vistas espectaculares. El balcón que tiene es de 10. Tienes todos los servicios cerca y unos chiringuitos sensacionales. Además, los anfitriones son espectaculares, muy simpáticos y responden siempre a todo y rápido. Es muy recomendable!!!

Encontré un hogar las dos semanas que estuve. Desde los detalles de bienvenida, cómo olía la casa y la ropa de cama, hasta las vistas, con unos atardeceres de ensueño.. inmejorable. La habitación principal da al club náutico además, y se ve el amanecer, con una mesita ideal para estar viéndolo mientras te tomas el café. Hay una atmósfera mágica. Óscar estuvo atento en todo momento. Sin duda si necesito escaparme en cualquier otro momento, no elegiría otro sitio. Gracias!!

Miejsce jest magiczne! Od pierwszego momentu można poczuć się jak w domu, jest bardzo przytulnie, czysto, jasno. Mieszkanie jest bardzo dobrze wyposażone, można znaleźć wszystko czego potrzeba zarówno na krótki jak i bardzo długi pobyt. Lokalizacja jest perfekcyjna, blisko ośrodka sportowego, do plaży maksymalnie 2 minuty. Okolica jest też cicha, a jednocześnie blisko sklepów i restauracji (zarówno pieszo jak i samochodem).

Flott leilighet med fantastisk beliggenhet, alt er i nærheten. Butikker, strand, restauranter. kort vei til bussterminal. God standard med alt du forventer av en moderne leilighet.

Очень приятная чистая,новая квартира. Есть абсолютно все для проживание в том числе шампуни,мыло, стиральный порошок. В каждой комнате есть обогреватель это очень важно при проживание в холодное время года. Всё чисто ,приятно ,новый ремонт. Очень тихо и спокойно. Рекомендую!
