Townhouse chalet distributed over two floors of 40 meters each, one bathroom on each floor, the first floor being the first floor with living room and kitchenette, and the second with two bedrooms, one of them double and another bedroom with a bunk bed with two single beds. The chaise Longue sofa can be converted into a double bed. Privileged location. Metro 200 meters away and nearby in downtown Coslada, very good communications.

It is 10 minutes from Adolfo Suárez Airport, Ifema and Metropolitano Stadium. A few meters from the shopping center Plenilunio, with a great variety of restaurants and shops. The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen, living room with a sofa bed and a room with a double bed. Families allowed, up to 2 children under 12.

I had a great time in Madrid thanks to Erica and her family. They waited for me when my plane was delayed, where in regular contact to make sure I was ok. The flat was clean and well furnished and is about 3 minutes walk from the Metro station. There is lift. I was out at night and felt safe alone in the neighbourhood. I would recommend the place and look forward to coming back.

I stayed at Alex's house for 5 days, he was very helpful right away in communicating and helping me in the dialogue, not knowing Spanish very well. His home is cozy and has everything you need to live there actively. The subway is a 4/5-minute walk away, and 12/15 minutes away there is a beautiful park "El Capricho" that is very nice to visit.
