josh was a very respectful and responsive host I had no problems at the home everything was the way he said it was the washer and dryer is clean and works very well,I had hot water in both bathrooms, the beds were clean and made and it wasn't to far from Gatlinburg or pigeon forge and there is a lot of food choices in the area I am very happy withy stay I will definitely be renting from him again when I go to Tennessee

This was a beautiful place to stay in! The back porch was our favorite place to relax and enjoy nature. The tub was so unique and fun to experience outside. The bed was really comfortable too and everything was well thought out for what you need for a Tennessee trip. The home and property was beautiful. We definitely would come back!

I had a great stay at Drake’s place in Cosby! The cabin was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed to feel comfortable. The location was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Drake was a thoughtful and responsive host—super easy to communicate with. I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking to unwind in the Smokies, and I’d be happy to stay here again.
