I stayed in Christa’s lovely villa in January, partly for cycling and partly to get away from all our building work going on at home. All of the descriptions and photos in the listing are 100% accurate! As I was alone and it was January, I didn’t use many of the villa’s features and obvs not the pool. After cycling each morning I just loved sitting on the balcony, with a coffee in complete peace and quiet…. Oh, and in the sunshine as well! The kitchen is really well equipped with quality appliances and utensils and a full size fridge freezer. The evening got pretty cold so I was inside each night. The pellet burner is excellent…. Easy to use and very easy to hoover out each time. Plus the pellets are easily available to buy in Orba and pretty cheap too. The garden is superb all round the side and the rear. Christa’s villa is on a corner plot so it benefits from a great paved area to the side which is nice and private with 4 Sun loungers. The cycling in the area is excellent.

The apartment is centrally located between the beach, bars, restaurants and public transport stops. It is as described, very spacious and cozy. The equipment also offers everything you need for self-catering. The communication with the host was perfect and you proactively get all the important information and good tips for the area.

It’s a good location for cycling. High up a hill so amazing views of the valley. Discovered some trail routes just behind Porto de Orba. We didn’t eat out in the evening. A 25 minute drive to Denia beach. Good shopping at La Marina centre with many familiar shops.

I had a lovely stay at Maria's apartment, it is beautifully kept, clean and modern with everything I needed. It's in a great location for the city and the beach. Maria was a fabulous host and was really helpful. I'd really recommend staying here for your trip.

We visited this location for a week at Easter. It was quiet around the area initially but got a little busier as the week went on. The weather was perfect, high 20's all week. The apartment was clean and tidy with all the amenities we needed! David was super helpful, making contact a few days before with details on how to access, directions etc and then checking in regularly with recommendations and directions to local restaurants, markets etc. The kids loved the pool and the beautiful beach was only 5 mins walk away too. There was one shop within walking distance but i would recommend hiring a car to visit around the local area. Scenery is stunning. Highly recommend the location and the accommodation!! It is evident that the Rachel has put in a lot of effort to make the house cosy, which has been accomplished quite well. You do not have the feeling of being in a rental home. Being next to San Roc square you feel the hustle and bustle of the city Rachel was very proactive and send directions and instructions in good time before arrival. And also reached out after arrival to her if everything was as expected. We had some nice days at the house and can only recommend the place.

We had a great stay! Isabel was very accommodating and assisted us several times with finding storage for our luggage and booking us a taxi. The place was beautiful and close to the beach and other wonderful places nearby such as parks and restaurants. We would stay here again for sure!

Everything was very good, it was just like in the photos. There were 4 of us and we were all very comfortable. The host was attentive to us and communication with her was very good. I will definitely stay with her again when I return to Valencia

We enjoyed staying at Fran's place over the holidays. The location is very walkable to most of Valencia's key attractions in the city center with plenty of nearby options for shopping and dining. Francisco was a super host. We had a flight delay and he helped us access the apt late and even set us up with a dinner reservation next door! Always responsive, friendly, great local recommendations. Apartment is very well equipped with plenty of everything you need. So nice to have a washer and dryer! Three bedrooms, great for families. Very walkable to many locations. Thank you Francisco!

Checking couldn’t have gone any smoother, only if I spoke Spanish, we muddled our way through with laughs and giggles. Estela is very friendly, kind and helpful.
