Great place for the price! Clean rooms, bathrooms, and fresh clean linens. The floor to ceiling windows give an awesome view of the surroundings in the city.

LOCATION!! The view of this condo is incredible! We LOVED waking up in the morning to the sounds of the ocean crashing against the beach. Drinking our coffee on the deck looking at the people walking on the beach was the most relaxing way to start our days! The condo itself is exactly as Tamara describes and more...lovely, clean, spacious, had anything we needed during our stay, walkable to restaurants/bars/coffee, etc. We were thrilled with this find on AirBNB and would happily stay here again!! For sure recommend it to anyone visiting the San Diego area!! Thank you, Tamara!

This studio is fantastic. The photos do not do the location justice--it is VERY close to the beach. Any closer, and you'd be a house on the boardwalk with little privacy. I appreciated the details that Ginger has put into this studio--everything is labeled so you won't be wondering where anything is and she provides lots of extra that made for a stress free trip. We traveled with our 1.5 year old and loved that a pack-n-play, high chair, and children's kitchenware was provided! There's also toys appropriate for toddlers through older kids (adult boardgames too). The bunk room doesn't have a door (but this is a studio after all), but we brought a sound machine with us and there is a hallway pocket door to keep noise separate. It was our second time staying at Michelle’s home, we enjoy more and more every time. The sunset by the pool at 7pm was simply breathtaking, We will def plan on coming back 👍🏼

The location of this apartment cannot be beat! It's a couple of blocks away from the beach and around the corner from a very cute commercial street filled with good restaurants. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures, and Niloo was incredibly flexible and accommodating regarding check in and check out. My only complaint is that sound proofing in the building could be better. Otherwise, a delightful stay!

Had such a peaceful time here! Quiet, clean, gorgeous view. Super fast wifi was amazing for work! And my favorite part is being able to hear the ocean all day and night. Will be back again!

You cannot beat this location and the view! There's a dedicated parking spot in the building and then you can walk to restaurants and anything else you may need. It was great!

The host communicated well with us and got us where we needed to be going. their response time was amazing, we appreciate that. We will come back again next time we are visiting my dad. We had a great time at Denise's place! Condo was stocked with everything we needed and a lot we forgot to bring. Very clean and exactly as described. Walking distance to a great park with pickleball and tennis courts, an off leash dog park and multiple soccer fields. Short walk to a quiet beach. Great views...the best location in the development with both bay and ocean views.!

The house looks exactly like the photos, and the amenities & location are even better than you think! The neighborhood is easy to find, feels very safe, and is on a gorgeous scenic coastline. The house is spacious, furniture is very comfortable, and kitchen has utensils, pots & pans, seasoning, and coffee. The electronic bidets/heated toilet seats in all the bathrooms were a nice bonus. The master bathroom shower was especially luxurious. Board games, hot tub, lawn games & trampoline were perfect for our family. Note: there are very few restaurants & no grocery stores in the neighborhood, but Rosarito has shops 20 minutes' drive south. I highly recommend you visit Popotla fishing village by Rosarito and get some fresh-caught seafood to cook up at the house. We loved it here!

great location with a beautiful view! parking was surprisingly easy to find while we were there. martha was friendly and checked in when weather was bad to make sure we were okay, which was very nice. overall a wonderful stay!

We had a great stay ! Clean apartment in a great location - right next to the beach with a beautiful view of the pacific. Lots of good restaurant options nearby which was a plus! Kitchen was well equipped and Daniel had plenty of beach toys for our kids. Loved it ! would love to return

This beach house was wonderful. It was very accessible to all areas- food, bars, entertainment. You can walk to Belmont in 7 min or go to the R in PB with a 6 minute Uber ride. The house has all great amenities. They had bikes and water equipment to use. There are 2 parking garages so it helps with big groups. Along with that, the beds are comfortable and clean! I would stay again in a heartbeat.

We stayed at Maria's place with our two 14- and 11-year-old kids for a week and had a perfect vacation. Maria had great recommendations and clear instructions on where to park and enter. We loved walking to Rosemont Cafe and the beach, and our favorite local dinners were at The Promiscuous Fork, The Taco Stand, and El Pescador. Beds and linens were very comfortable, and the patio was peaceful and private. Highly recommended!

This was our families first time renting a beach front home. It was worth every penny. Beach was not crowded, beautiful view from inside and outside of home. Felt safe taking a late night stroll on beach! A lot of cute coffee shops around, bike rentals, little shops and restraunts. My only complain is that we could not stay longer!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in San Diego. The location is unbeatable right on the beach with good views. There are tons of great food places within a 5-minute walk, which made it super convenient. The host was fantastic, responding quickly to any questions and even recommending some awesome food spots. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing beach getaway.

Mike was awesome. My family and I are from near Pasadena CA. Mike was awesome in making us feel welcomed in lieu of the unfortunate fires in LA county. His house was beautiful. The view of the ocean was exactly what we wanted. As a plus, the spot was near a brewery (walking distance) where they had amazing coffee and food. We were also about 20 mins from downtown, and a short drive to nearby stores like Costco and Target. Thanks Mike for everything!
