Monthly Rentals in Copper Falls

Ross’s house was in a beautiful location, and he has many beautiful photos all around to study. The windows in the back of the house were so fun to look at the waves, ice formations and aurora borealis.

We absolutely loved our month long stay! Nice to be right in town to walk to shops and eateries. The place is as described and very comfortable, including the bed. Since it was winter and no overnight parking is allowed, we unloaded/loaded at the door and then parked a block down in the large lot, which was easy. Amy is very responsive and helpful. Trying to get a date to go back even longer next time.

We really enjoyed this cottage during our winter visit to the Keweenaw. During our stay in early March there were not many people in Eagle Harbor, but there were probably 150 deer milling about, which was interesting. With only one restaurant in town (closed on Mondays), we were glad we brought plenty of food to prepare in the fully equipped kitchen. We found nice, groomed trails for cross country skiing and snowshoeing in town, and there extensive trail systems throughout the Keweenaw for those activities, as well as equipment rental companies in Calumet and Copper Harbor. The cabin was comfortable and well equipped, and the queen bed was pretty comfortable.

Although this was a very short visit, because our hosts were so responsive and provided valuable information about sightseeing in the area, we were able to maximize our time to devote to the areas we most valued to explore. Tom went out of his way to provide kindling for the fire when we arrived, so that was a totally special feature of this cabin. The back yard was very dark so we could see the Northern Lights the last night of our stay.
