This Airbnb is a perfect 10. Location is fantastic. The home was decorated so beautifully. The backyard was gigantic with a lovely pool and it was entirely fenced for our basset hounds. This house is in a beautiful neighborhood and is close to so many attractions in the Dallas Fort Worth area. The house was so clean. I had a couple of local questions for Kara and Aaron and they responded quickly. This is one of the best Airbnb's we have ever stayed in. Highly recommended. House was perfect for our two toddlers.

Matthew was an awesome host. Anything that I needed he would immediately respond. He checked in to see if there was anything we needed and ensured how stay was positive. The place was immaculate and will be back. The home had everything you could possibly need in order to feel at home.

My family enjoyed their stay. It is a great location for a large family, near a lot of great Asian food. Host was responsive and offered early check in and late checkout when it was available. Highly Recommend !

We LOVED this place. My family and I had a great time with all the amentias we had just at the Airbnb alone. It was everything and more. Sergio was a great host! We also took advantage of the limo service to a concert, and it was amazing! The house was so clean and the location was great. It's only about a 20 minute drive to get to downtown Dallas. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Luanne and Emma’s place in The Colony, TX! The home was so welcoming, beautifully decorated, and had such a cozy, homey feel. It was the perfect retreat to come back to after long days at the soccer fields—comfortable, peaceful, and thoughtfully put together. Every detail was considered—from the fully stocked kitchen to the little touches that made it feel like home. They truly thought of everything you might need during your stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was exactly as described and well maintained with plenty of room and well laid out. We were watching our 18 month old granddaughter while our son and daugther-in-law attended a wedding so it was nice to find a place with this much space that was all on one floor. While an older home, it had been updated and the bathrooms and kitchen were all very nice. Bedrooms were spacious and the home could have comfortably accommodated 6 people without feeling crowded. Location was perfect for us - it was convenient to a very nice park complex with a playground and splash pad as well as close to restaurants and stores. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone needing an airbnb in the close in north Dallas area. Convenient to DFW too!

Everything was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The home is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, with easy access to shops and restaurants. The house was spotless and well-maintained, with modern furnishings and cozy touches. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and it was nice to be able to park in the garage. It was easy to get in and out of the house with the door code thingy…. Except when one of your housemates locks the deadbolt!! 😂 Yeah, don’t do that:) Marcella was communicative, easy to reach, and was flexible on the check-in time. If you’re looking for a relaxing, hassle-free place to stay in the Irving area, I highly recommend this Airbnb. I’d absolutely stay here again!

My friends and I had a lovely stay at this beautiful home! Though the kitchen could include a little more tools (oven mitts, scissors, more paper towels) and be a little cleaner (needs a good deep clean), as well as replacing some dead light bulbs, it made the perfect low key bachelorette space. The pool is more of a girl pool than a swimming pool but it was perfect for sitting and chatting while cooling off which was exactly what we needed! We got ready here the morning of my wedding and it was simply perfect!

Only there for one night but accommodation exceeded expectations.

Austin’s place was exactly as described. The linens and towels were high-end, and everything was incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to feel right at home.

A small but great place to stay at! the bed was comfortable as was the pull out sofa. The bathroom had plenty of space. The host was incredibly helpful as well when I had made an error in my booking dates, I couldn't recommend her enough!

We needed a place to stay at the last minute and Christanne came to the rescue. Although she wasn't expecting a rental at such short notice, she came and made sure everything was up to standard. We were in town for a medical procedure and Christanne went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay. While we were at the hospital she went by to make sure our grocery order was delivered and even put the groceries away since we didn't have a definite time we would leave the hospital. She was in contact with us all week checking to see how the procedure went and if there was anything we needed to make our stay more comfortable.

This house is worth every penny! It’s so beautiful and was very clean. The pool was our favorite spot! Host is very responsive and friendly. I highly recommend this home! Thank you for sharing your amazing home with us Wes!
