Cozy house for a small family

AndreasRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Anne Mone was a lovely and communicative hostess. Upon arrival she had already stocked the fridge with some needed supplies for breakfast as we were arriving during a bank holiday. Her house was the embodiment of the Danish concept of “hygge”. It was intimate yet spacious enough for a family of four. The decor was classic Danish which gave a very homely feel. The garden was perfect size for us, with a trampoline to our children’s great delight. She wrote us a long introductory letter with both local tips and transportation options. In short, her hospitality, her house and the location was exactly what we needed for our trip Thank you from our whole family and we hope to be able to stay there next time again.

Ideally located, 5 minutes' walk to shops and metro line 4, Morten's house is very pleasant to stay in. One-of-a-kind, it surprises and delights the eyes. The garden is very nice and it's a pleasure to share the terrace with the two cats of the house. The center of Copenhagen is accessible via metro in 20 minutes maximum, which is very nice. Note the free parking, which is no small thing in Copenhagen!

We loved staying in the pretty house of Christina and her family. The location is good for getting to the city quickly by train or taking further excursions by car, there are also really many shopping opportunities. We did not lack anything in the house and the four of us had a wonderful vacation. Communication with Christina was always very friendly, prompt and unobtrusive. Highly recommend!

Cosy apartment with water access

Gail & KevinRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The apartment is stylish and beautifully appointed, with floor to ceiling windows that look out on a canal where we saw ducks, a swan, and kayakers paddling. We loved sipping our morning coffee, watching that emerald green water flow by. The neighborhood is charming and quiet, with a small market, a bakery, a pizzeria and other amenities just steps away. A nearby (and brand new) Metro station is a portal into the heart of Copenhagen, and beyond. Our hosts were very responsive whenever we had a question about how to operate the stove or the home cinema system. This is the ideal home base from which to discover a grand city.

Nyhavn Canal Suite

AlisonRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
We just loved this place. A three minute walk from the train that brought us in from the airport. A 20 minute journey. The apartment is fabulous and immediately above dozens of good restaurants and on Copenhagen’s famous Nyhavn Canal. Great choice of food on the quayside. No 37’s restaurant is excellent. Impeccable service. Good food. Highly recommended.

Spacious and cosy family villa close to everything

FloraRating, 5 stars6 days ago
We had a great stay. The house and garden were lovely and perfect for our group of 7. The garden was ideal, with the trampoline and cats being particular highlights. The kitchen is really well-equipped with everything you need and a large table to eat at. The lounge area and grand piano were also perfect (we had a pianist with us). Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Karl & Maiken were really friendly and helpful and very good at communicating. The location is perfect, peaceful and close to the metro and supermarket. (Maybe if you have less mobility the bathrooms/stairs could be a little tricky- just worth noting). The whole house is nicely furnished with Danish design items. Definitely recommended.

Spacious and charming villa close to the city

Siri KufaasRating, 5 stars21 months ago
We found Rune to be a very pleasant and service minded host. He replied promptly and kindly to any queries and the communication worked great. The villa is idyllic located in a quiet and child-friendly residential area. The house is extremely charming and has everything one might desire. The garden is also absolutely stunning, with both trampoline, playroom, football goal and barbecue. Both big and small had a great time in the garden. The house is centrally located, and it is very short distance to train and bus and transportation to Copenhagen city center takes a short time. All in all, a fabulous place to be.
