Beautiful newly renovated apartment in the middle of Amager with plenty of light. Close to Copenhagen city center and close to the subway. The apartment is in bright colors and has been completely renovated. There are 2 bedrooms with three-quarter beds and a desk with seating. The kitchen is bright and functional with an oven, stove and refrigerator - extremely well equipped. There is also a lovely living room with sofa arrangement and dining table, as well as TV. The bathroom and toilet are at the end of the entrance, which connects the entire apartment, which is located on the ground floor.

Skansehage

Stay on a magical 150m2 houseboat in the middle of Copenhagen with 360° water views, private swimming ladder and 200 meters to the metro. Skansehage is a 32-meter-long houseboat from 1958 built in wood, now transformed from a car ferry into a floating home. Possibility to swim both winter and summer. Large front decks and aft decks with urban farming, outdoor dining, and sunbathing. There are 5 meters to the ceiling inside with open living space with kitchen, dining and sleeping area. Nice, small basement apartment (30 sqm) in a large house from 2018 in a quiet residential neighborhood. Walking distance to Amager beach and metro and 15 minutes by bike to Copenhagen city center. Enjoy a getaway for two adults, possibly plus an extra person. Mattress can be borrowed. The apartment is part of our house, but with its own entrance. We will therefore possibly be home to welcome you and ensure a pleasant stay. It is possible to be 4 people, but it is with floor bed mattresses in the living room. Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities.
