Vacation rentals with a patio in Contra Costa County

Incredible spot. Lots of space for Alameda, new amenities and very clean. All we could ask for and more!

A very quiet space. I tend to be a light sleeper, easily disturbed, but not once did any sounds wake me. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and a comforter was available for cool nights. There is a flight of not-too-steep stairs down to the flat from the parking spot. As others have noted, there is no dining table as the kitchen is somewhat narrow, but there is a desk in the carpeted bedroom where I ate meals. There are pots, but no pans or chopsticks that I noticed. Cooking oil, salt and pepper, coffee and filters were all available. The shower had nice hot water and pressure. There are only two windows: one in the bedroom and one over the kitchen sink, both looking north over lovely woods. Ample closet space for longer stays. All told, a great visit!

the only negative ( and it was not really bad) you had to find a parking space on the streets. it was not difficult to do.

Staying at Frank’s place was one of the best experiences ever for my husband and me. Besides it being so convenient and spacious and well equipped, it was a very comfortable place. We felt very much at “home!” We were there for four weeks and could imagine living in the neighborhood. Thank you, Frank.

Host was very responsive and accommodating at the last minute. Felt very home like and comfortable. Definitely would come back and recommend to anyone.

Mary’s place was very comfortable and homey, and Mary was extremely accommodating and communicative. Highly recommend if you would like a place to stay in the bay!

This house was so cute! Love the retro vibe. Great location, we easily were able to venture out into Oakland and San Francisco and make it back in not too much time at all. There was always street parking available, and the upstairs neighbors were very friendly! Hosts were great about responding to questions quickly and LOVE their pet policy! Would definitely stay again.

Second time I have stayed in this spot. Why? It's got everything within walking distance and I love the secure parking garage. Great for the daily commute I have when I am in town.

Armen’s place was great. House was clean and had everything we needed. It was in a great area.

Everything was perfect and the location was peaceful. Felt like a home away from home. When we come back we are definitely staying here again!

Kenney was a great host, his house was spacious and clean with all the amenities to make you feel at home. He was very accommodating and responsive.

Private front porch, lovely garden and great location for our needs. Host was quick to respond to our questions and or requests. We are local and needed lodging during a home renovation. For future out of town guests, that need a place to stay, this will be our first choice. Thank you Sushil!

We are in the process of selling our home and moving to the East coast and have had several fantastic stays at Will's place over the course of the last 3 months. This home is a beautiful private retreat in the middle of Bollinger Canyon. You'll experience a complete getaway and immersion in nature. Will is a fantastic and responsive host, taking care of us in many lovely ways throughout our stay. We will be back!

This was a perfect base camp for us for our two day stay in the Bay Area as we celebrated/attended our daughter’s graduation from USF. The home looked as pictured and was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The neighborhood was so cute and we loved keeping the windows open and just feeling the night breeze and felt perfectly safe to do so. The neighborhood was walkable and we found some great wats in the area too.

Heather is such a sweet and kind soul. House has so many cute touches to it. Cozy and comfy!

We loved our 5 week stay in this quintessential California Eichler. This home is architecturally beautiful  — floor-to-ceiling glass walls, skylights and post-and-beam construction. The home is exceptionally private (you can’t see any neighboring homes once inside) and located on a court in a peaceful Eichler community. The open kitchen, dining and living room design is fantastic for gathering inside. The primary suite is on one side of the home, with the other two bedrooms and bath on the other side, which is great for family stays like ours.  We spent lots of time lounging in the atrium and yard  — the plants, palm trees and sky are gorgeous! The home is 3 miles from downtown Concord, 8 miles from Walnut Creek and 5 miles from Clayton. It’s a short walk/quick drive to Markham Arboretum and Nature Park. Phillip is a super, lovely host. Don’t pass up on a chance to stay here.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was immaculately clean upon arrival, which we really appreciated. The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and very accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. The location is also a huge plus—just two blocks from a beautiful park, perfect for a morning stroll or some fresh air. One thing to note is that this unit is on the third floor, which was fine for us but did come with some challenges. We have two small children, and it was difficult at times to keep them quiet for the tenants below. If you’re traveling with little ones, just be mindful that noise can carry. Also, the WiFi was not working during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient, but hopefully, that was just a temporary issue. Overall, a great stay in a well-kept space with a wonderful host. Would definitely recommend!

The home was beautiful, clean, and relaxing to stay in! We also enjoyed the central location of the Mission, which had lots of fun things to do nearby. I highly recommend staying here!

Great place to stay while visiting the East Bay. Beautiful neighborhood: quiet, safe, and easily walkable to a variety of restaurants/shops. Very convenient for public transportation or driving as well. The apartment is spacious for a couple, much more room than you’d have in a basic hotel room. Loren was proactive in sending check-in instructions and provided a thorough guidebook both for the place itself and the surrounding area. No complaints!

had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect—just a 5-minute commute to work, which made my if so much easier. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The hosts were incredibly friendly and kind, as well as very understanding & above all accommodating.always available if I had any questions and genuinely made me feel welcome. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant stay in the area. Would definitely book again!

I read all the reviews online about Kimberly's place so I knew it would be nice. The large closet was awesome, comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen. The only problem I had (I knew this ahead of time) was hearing the owner's kids above us. Most of the time, no problem and never at odd times. I did feel the parents were as courteous as possible for 2 small kids but it was hard to take a nap a couple of times. I am used to a single home so this may play into it. I still recommend their place but keep in mind, occasionally, you hear people upstairs as also written in other reviews.
